Came in on Father’s Day to print some gift card attachments for my dad. We had some technical issues but the lovely gentleman working in the print area was so nice, patient, and helpful - we didn’t get his name but his help eased my frustrations and I’m incredibly grateful!

There was nothing special about my visit...I had to look for myself for what I needed. There were employees standing around avoiding eye contact. The merchandise is good but there's really no customer service to speak of.

I print for my business Norse Remedies here very often, and Jasper is an outstanding worker. Spent 20+ minutes helping me make sure I got proper labels printed, and I guarantee after that customer service I’ll be returning.

Rude!! Can’t even print an order because to quote “we’re too busy” isn’t that the point of having a business, Is to be busy? Will NEVER use a staples again.

Michael L. is an outstanding employee, spent time with me and my wife and made sure we got what we needed. As we left the gentleman at checkout acknowledged us and thanked us for coming by with eye contact and a smile. We don't see this kind of service much anymore so when we do it's worth acknowledging.

Disappointing Shopping ExperienceI recently had an incredibly unsatisfactory shopping experience at your store. The employee assisting me not only displayed a complete lack of customer service skills but also wore AirPods throughout our interaction, making it clear that my concerns were not a priority.Despite my request for a price match, the employee hardly took a moment to look into it and instead relied solely on the information from his system. It was evident that my needs were overlooked, and the service was far from satisfactory.As a result of this disappointing encounter, I have decided to close my business account with your store. I will be taking my business to Office Depot, where I hope to receive the level of service and attention to customer needs that was sorely lacking in my recent experience with your establishment.This encounter has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I hope this feedback prompts a reconsideration of your customer service standards.

Staples has much more to offer than a standard office supply store or warehouse store. There are several options in many departments that are not standard utilitarian type products. Also, since it has become an Amazon drop-off and TSA (at some point) application point, it is much more of an "all in one" store.
