Me and my fiance had a great time figuring out which mattress to get at Outfitter in Madison and Smyrna.
I will say that a big part of our decision were the sales man and sales woman Tristan and Deidre. They were phenomenal. While not being too pushy in trying to lock in a sale, they gave us their honest opinion and great advice while also understanding that the finance aspect is a big part of the decision. They were both very easy to talk to and we could ask any questions.
Usually I don’t leave reviews, however, leaving the stores, I think it is only fair to praise the two of them and can only hope for anyone planning to get a mattress at Outfitter to ask for Tristan or Deidre.

Tristan and Deidre form the Madison and Smyrna location are awesome. My fiancé and I were looking for a new mattress for a new bed that we just got and neither of us had idea on different type of mattresses. They both were super informative and helped us choose the perfect mattress for us. We are so happy with our purchase!

Very good experience, never felt pressured & we spent probably close to two hours in this store. Deidre was so very helpful & answered all of our questions. She never made us feel like we had to make a decision today. Would highly recommend Sleep Outfitters & Deidre.

D Clark is the best. The warranty exchange is a nightmare, to say the least! I shouldn't have this much drama in getting a mattress. Very pricey though!
