BAIT and SWITCH! The manager of this Home Depot should be reprimanded or fired. As you can see from the photo, they have marked this refrigerator in the store as a clearance item. When we asked for the price, he said it wasn't a clearance item and he would just 'knock some' off the price because of the massive scratches and damage to the front doors and drawer. Terrible!!! Wish I could give them less than 1 star

August 2022 told Home Depot associate in carpet I was needing 2 rooms measured for carpet and how that worked. Told me it was a $35.00 charge for as many rooms as I wanted measured. So I scheduled an appointment and while I was waiting for them to come, I looked at many carpet samples and did not care for any of them. after they measured I went in and ask for a copy of my measurements and the associate told me they couldn't give them to me because of a contract they have!!!!Now why did they not tell me that in the beginning!!! I felt like they left that part out on purpose. No one told me that I was paying $35.00 for measurements and could not have them if I wanted them. I guess I feel like because I paid for them they are mine anyway!!!! They may have my $35.00 but will not get another penny from me.

I needed bagged soil and was shopping in the garden center on 5/8/22 (Mothers Day). While reviewing the choices available I saw garden soil 5 for $10. Got 5, as well a few other items then went to check out. The cashier said the sale ended last week, to which I indicated the sale sign which was large (about 18x18) was still up and should be honored. I took a sales associate back to see the sign. He had taken it down & thrown it into a shopping cart since I had gotten my bags of soil. I said if it was up when I got them they needed to honor it, he said no he could not do that. I went back to check out and said then take the soil out of my cart I don't want it, but if the sign was up it should be honored. Another customer at the next checkout had several bags of the garden soil because she saw the same sign and became upset as well. I will no longer shop at this Home Depot after being a customer for many years, instead taking my business to Lowes across the street.

Took 5 weeks to deliver a refrigerator!! When I was told 3-5 days. Multiple excuses and just horrible experience. Home Depot uses another company to do the deliveries. The company they use is UNPROFESSIONAL and would NOT RECOMMEND them in anyone's home! Customers deserve better.

Did you know that this store contracts out its appliance deliveries? Did you know that even if that company doesn't follow the rules and it actually tries to deliver your appliance to the wrong address, they won't turn around and deliver your stuff to the right place? I didn't! Don't shop here, don't order from here, and definitely don't trust them to do their jobs. I wish I would've learned that before I wasted so much time and money.

Received new stove today and had residue gluey stuffs all over the appliance. Also, the delivery service was very unprofessional and rude. They didn't take our old appliance as we paid for the haul away fee already. I wasn't told what condition the appliance has to be in order to take it or not. This is my first time experience and last w/ Home Depot. Very disappointing!!!

This was my favorite store. I use to go there everyday until I went in last week and bought my usual 2 packs of cigs and fountain drink and seen that they went up on the drinks when I was checking out. I ask the manager when did the drinks go up and she was very unprofessional and told me. That the signage has been up for 2 weeks and it is what it is. When I told her I wouldn't be back she said oh well bye... very unprofessional and rude. I nor my family will never buy anything from shell anymore. Bye bye. In the words of your manager on president place in smyrna.

They have the WORST customer service. I asked for help 4 times, I waited over 35 minutes for someone to come. I had to finally go up the customer service and tell them to pass along the message that I will NEVER be back and I'm going across the street to Lowe's. And THEN the manager cared to finally assist me. It should not take that much work for one question or help. I'm so disappointed.

I will NEVER set foot in this store ever again. Went to get carpet padding, waited 30 minutes for an associate to page the chick that works in this department. Some little pecker head tells me that he can't get it down because it's to heavy. Then says he can't cut the remaining square footage off of an open roll. Asked him if he was serious and the little fucker tells me "yeah". I then started I'm tired standing around waiting for the chick who works that dept. he then states " you don't have too". Ok, he lit the fuse WE are now going down the rabbit hole. I then said fuck this place, turned around and walked out. I used to give all my business to Home Depot. NOT ANYMORE!!!! Fucking little shit bag that can't read tape measure wants to talk shit to a true tradesman. FUCK HIM AND HOME DEPOT!!!!
