Truckers stay away from these people, they're total rip offs, try to call beforehand and get an estimate, or you get swindled specially at the service department. Parts are little bit on the high side but ok.

My friend Dillard who works for Srs uses Rush all the time for his truck repair needs. He is constantly singing their praises. I recently had them do service on my fleet vehicles and they did a fantastic job!

I had too bring my truck in too Rush on 7-1-2024 too have my smart air and auto start checked out, my truck was taken in too the shop pretty quickly and looked at. The shop foreman Shawn came out too talk to me about what was going on with my truck. I had also had my truck here in February and it was taken in very quickly back then also. Shawn also took the time too explain what was going on with my truck with me then too. Shawn has always been nice and very friendly.

Shawn in service worked us in to their busy schedule and had us back on the road in 4 hours! Great people, fantastic service and very comfortable drivers lounge. Our DEF sensor went bad and tiffin overnight the parts on Monday we were in and out Tuesday. Thank you RTC for your great experience!

I’d think twice about at least battery purchases here. I was unfortunate and got 4 batteries that ended up having a dead cell after a few months of frequent use . Paccar which I’m guessing that’s who the warranty is through can take up to 90 days to issue a replacement or credit, which honestly I’m not sure if I ever care about the credit at rush given I get my work done there but they’ve dropped the ball here and there on my fixes but they will fix the ball drops when brought to their attention. So I’m hoping the credit can be given back to my CC due to I’m not sure I want to continue my business there. I’ve been without my batteries for 5 weeks. Everywhere I’ve ever had warranty was honored by the place I purchased it at . Never a retailer. So for those that time is money like mines maybe ask these questions just in case you purchase parts that rush won’t warranty directly. After it took 36 hours to test my batteries I was ready for the screwery and purchased batteries elsewhere which I’m glad I did or I’d have been out of business thinking the warranty would be honored once seen that product was faulty. Good luck truckers and keep the rubber side down ?????.

Came in for a simple issue and left with several and all they could without was employees that weren’t going to be there for the holiday weekend. Sitting 5 days as I type this for something this should have taken maybe a few hours. Glad I’m a company driver. And it still cost me 2000.00 or more in lost wages plus 5 days in motel. They need to rename the place We’re not in a RUSh Peterbilt several drivers waiting at the time of this post.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!! DONT GO THERE!!!!
they charged my husband over 5k to fix multiple codes they called saying truck is ready when we arrived and started the truck some of the codes are still on he talks to the manager and said you need to pay an extra $1,176 to fix that even if he showed him the invoice where it says it should be covered I couldn’t believe it after they had the truck for a week and still have to wait and pay MORE SO BAD my husband needs to get back on the road what we do pay it and get to work…Fixing to get an attorney this MF deserve it. When my husband was there other truck drivers were complaining about them for taking for ever and overcharging.

Went in for a specific fix, tried to charge me for 3 other unrelated items. When I left with my truck I notice faring bouncing up and down, I stopped on I 24 to see why. they stole the latch off the faring.(which is the one they tried to charge me for..nothing wrong with latches when I entered property. Truck went from me to service bay back to me...when reviews say this service department are crooks they really mean it..New truck still in warranty..go figure

Great staff at the Nashville TN location. Lee, Brett and Bobbiann were very helpful and patient and went above and beyond with us. We purchased a used truck and were treated like we purchased a new top of the line truck. We could not say enough, if your in the market for a truck, definitley check out Rush Trucks of Nashville!
