The ladies in the fitting department was very rude. One lady push a little girl back so she couldn't show her mom what her outfit looked like. Someone needs to get rid of some people at that store. They literally treated me and my 9 yr old niece like we where stilling. I don't have to still I work for a living.

I bought a belt for $6 and then, after watching the cashier bag it and hand me my receipt, some idiot at the front door in a bullet proof vest tried to stop me to check my receipt. I told him to get a real job as I walked right past his lazy a$$. What a dump I will never return to.

Very bad staff and very disrespectful to customers with AirPods on all the time talking on the phone and telling Siri to make phone calls while doing my return and not helping at the checkout counter when it comes to return is the most disrespectful service ever you will get from the short girl that play the roll as the one running the store talked to her twice and she ignored me specifically second time when I told her “I waited on you to finish the transaction but there was no reason to disrespect me and not to respond back to me when I done nothing to you”

Lots of things to choose from and the cashier's are nice and patient, so be kind even though you have to wait in line patient is the key have a bless day.?

Great stuff but never enough cashiers at cash register. I only shop early morning because the line gets too long.The windows and doors are usually very dirty though, lots of fingerprints and hustle bustle confusion near front entrance. But good finds for a Ross.

Very rude employee ( black female with braids). Within 30 seconds of arriving this employee approached us with an attitude grabbing our hands because we're touching the clothes wrong. Looking at the reviews, I see this is a common complaint. So I sent a complaint on the corporate website. Maybe try doing that after leaving a Google review.

Managers will actively say they wish they could hit employees.

The Hispanics let there kids run wild all over the place. It's annoying& hard to shop with them all in the clothes. The lines are always long as well.
