Yesterday I went to la vergne branch and bought 2 pants and I returned today to return them but your Casher after she takes all my information told me that she can’t return my money because the Machine has problems , She was determined to give me a purchase card from the same store, and I do not need to buy anything from the same store or I want to deal with you again , when I asked about manger or supervisor she told me that she’s a manger and She treated me with disrespect, this is very very very very bad transaction???

Haven't tried /worn products to verify quality control. Staff friendly. Changing rooms are closed and you only have 7 days to return items, unworn, with tags attached, and accompanying receipt. Excepts for refund is bras, panty, and bodysuit. Unsure regarding accessories returns. Cute unique styles, plus sizes, however they do run small since it's made in China and there were noticeable detail craftsmanship issues. Example buttons, seams will need to be redone or reinforced before worn. Will update upon further visits and experience worn. Hoping this will be a new fav.

I love the selection of clothes and mostly good prices. However, if you’re not going to have a dressing room available I don’t think it’s fair to give only 7 days to return for a full refund, especially those of us who have to drive 30 minutes just to come there and are busy. Most places WITH a dressing room give at least 30 days to return items - so why is yours only 7? If anything you should give more time for customers to return items for the inconvenience of not having a room to try things in my opinion.
