most of the reviews here are fine, so my experience must of been a fluke. but two days after it got fixed, it stopped working, i was out of town, and had to take it to another repair shop, who charged me $40 to fix a 'lose connection'. i should have just bought a new phone by now. its a nice guy though, and i am sure he does good work. but it didnt work out for me

Went in and asked how much for him to clean my charging port and he took my phone, cleaned it, and handed it back all in less than 2 minutes and charged nothing. Great service and incredibly fast.

Went to get my battery and back glass replaced, and shortly after getting it fixed my screen started going out, and flickering on and off, the phone owner took no responsibility and refused to fix the problem

I brought my phone in to have the battery replaced and when I received it back the speaker in the ear piece was damaged, sound badly distorted with very high pitched feedback. When I tried to bring it back (5 days later, under a 90 day warranty) to be repaired the owner refused to take accountability for the damage and would not repair.

Worst place ever. Got my phone fixed here 3 weeks go and now my screen is completely out. What they claim to be a warranty is false because he wouldn’t fix my screen. All lies just a way to get your money with that bogus warranty repair. DONT GO HERE

Horrible experience! Got the screen replaced on an iPad. Everything worked fine when it was dropped off and checked in. Screen was replaced and now the iPad shuts off every minute or so and reboots. This is a common problem when screens are replaced per Google. Took it back under “warranty” the following week and they said there is nothing they can do and blamed Apple software. I also called them when we got 5 minutes away from the store on original pick up.Stay away! I have a $1000 iPad that is a paperweight now.
