If you're having a large gathering, you can come on publix for your catering needs. Many orders require a 24 hour notice. Their products are always very tasty and fresh. Whether you use the boars head or Publix brand you cannot go wrong. The store is easy to navigate and their shelves are genuinely fairly full. Lastly, the bathrooms are nice and clean. You can also purchase money orders, stamps, and use coupons as well.

I used to love this pharmacy. An urgent care doctor prescribed the wrong dosage of amoxicillin to my three year old. Pharmacist Nyugen filled the prescription and my daughter had a seizure because of their neglect. I highly don’t recommend and please asked several questions about your prescriptions .

Always a pleasant shopping experience at Publix, Smyrna TN. All employees super nice and helpful! One that stands out who always has a smile and super helpful is Josiah in Deli. Give that young man a raise! 5 Star Employee

I paid about $175 for a bunch of groceries and noticed that a $10 bottle of mouthwash wasn't in my bags when I got home. A couple of days later, after giving my car a thorough search, I went back to Publix with my receipt and told the woman at customer service that the one item was missing. She looked in a book and then whispered to the older woman next to her. That woman then took charge. She said to me, "Ok we'll take care of it this one time." THIS ONE TIME? No, every single time your staff bags my groceries and doesn't include an item I paid for in my bags, you will take care of it. How dare she imply that I'm a thief or scammer? I got my mouthwash and left. In the future, if I ever shop there again, I will carefully pack my own groceries and never allow their staff to handle anything I paid for. I'm still wondering what was in the book.

First off, this is a great store. I shop here often even though I have to drive an additional 10 miles to shop here. However I just left there after having a disturbing experience at the self check area. As I entered the area the first 2 were taken so I went to the one on the left which is nearest to the door. As I approached with my basket I noticed the attendant. He was tall, thin, young, with black horn rim glasses with his arms folded across his chest, between the two stations nearest to the door. He was staring with his head tilted back like he was in charge and "you should know". I had a cart and as I was unloading and scanning he maintained his position (not socially distanced, about 3 feet from behind me and without a mask), refusing to move away. As I finished my checkout I moved the basket over a little. After I did so, he took the basket and placed it horizontally between himself and the station, thus blocking my exit, continuing his apparent attitude and demeanor. It was totally uncalled for. Not an experience I've had at this location before.

I stopped in this morning at 7am when they opened to grab some cupcakes and a cake and cookies for a work event. I spent well over $75 bucks just in the bakery. I tell you that bakery manager or whomever she is really rude, not much of a morning person if I say so myself. The staff was pretty nice anyway I was picking up a mini cake for an employees birthday like my company always do my our employees. I noticed some spots on the top of one of the cakes I picked out and decided I didn't want it because it looked like mold or whatever discolored spots on a pink cake does not look good to be giving to someone. She had an attitude trying to justify the spots as food coloring and I didn't care obviously I'm not giving that to someone. Mind you I normally shop out at the one in Donelson they are always nice and even takes the price tags off for me. Everyone else at this location was pretty nice it's just that bakery manager should get a grip when a customer is paying there money. Worst part is she put the cake back on the shelf !! Gross! I wish I had taken a picture! Smh! I WONT BE BACK.

My family and I enjoy shopping here! The facilities are kept well and it's super clean even the restrooms are clean! We enjoy the amazing selections especially the amazing deals you offer weekly. Thank you so much for being so Coupon friendly as well. I never get any grief of using coupons at your location.
