Went in to sign up and they told me it can only be done online. Tried signing up while there and couldn't get it to work. This is akin to having self-serve kiosks that NO ONE likes at restaurants. I will not return a second time unless they fix this.

Staff is great and the workout areas are normally clean. A few that are broken, like a water rower. But lately I have noticed many people tanning and not cleaning behind them. And the showers are full of black mold.

This place is disgusting. Rarely if ever cleaned. Staff is too busy at the front desk on their phones perusing their social media. Edit: in response to the response from the club owner, I feel the pictures speak for themselves. I should not have to address this with the manager; rather, they should be aware of the cleanliness of this facility and not only taking steps to rectify it but also getting the staff to get their faces out of their iPhones and actually do some work. There is no excuse for full trash cans at 0730 in the morning. As club owner you should be concerned about the state of your club.

Always clean and open. Machines are available and there are enough benches allowing for me to get through my workout without waiting.

Love the experience, the help I received about the machine. After over 10 years of not being able to enjoy exercising it was definitely the Best experience with a gym. Love the employees that helped me at the Smyrna, Tn gym thank you

My son and I went for a beginning workout for me and I was pleasantly surprised at the upgrade this location has done since my last visit which was last year. There is more space, more equipment and added features for the Black Card membership.

I enjoy my early morning workouts at the Symrna, TN Planet Fitness. It is the best part of my day ?. I would highly recommend this location. Convenient location and friendly staff.
