Super friendly young man on this visit and very helpful getting me the part I needed. Also met me at the back right away to dispose of used oil. Very accommodating and seamless. I will make a point to stop by more often.

literally every time my mom has come here they've been super dismissive. she brought my car in because the check engine light's been on. all they did was tell her there's "something" wrong with the engine coolant. couldn't tell her what, there's just something wrong with it. what was the point of even checking? that plus the dismissiveness equals not coming back. probably ever.

Used to come to the store back in the day, and it was flawless and had the best Customer service. Employee (Ryan) was extremely disrespectful to me and my brother not once not twice but multiple times. we felt as if we were being targeted. I do not recommend the store to anyone.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Avoid if at all possible. Would give 0 stars if I could. If you want to get yelled at and berated this is the place to go. Employees have no customer skills whatsover. Will no longer go to any O'Reillys at all.

The apparent manger Joey is beyond rude with horrible customer service skills. How he is the manager is beyond me and if he doesn’t like his job maybe he should find a new one. I get were all entitled to bad days but to direct your frustration and anger out on customers is unacceptable .

Absolutely the WORST O'Reilly's location in Middle Tennessee. Do not come to this location if you need help. I came here with a dead battery and they told me that it was too cold outside to change my battery and to come back later in the day when it warms up. It was 32 degrees outside. One guy said they didn't want to get sick because it was too cold outside. They jumped my truck off and sent me on my way. I went to Advanced Auto and a 70 year old man behind the counter changed my battery in 20 minutes. I will never come back to this location and I would never recommend anybody to come to this location.

Justin and crew absolutely took care if us. You absolutely cannot find a better place for customer service. They went way out of the way to help us get our car going. Helping us work through the issues. I will not buy anywhere else when it comes to my car needs. They were also very educational in the process!!! Hands down recommend this location over anyone else!
