Last night I stopped here due to some electrical issues with my Chevy and was able to borrow several tools from the store to fix it. Nate was my initial cashier and was very helpful, and their manager Jose came out and took the time to talk me through a few things while they didn't have any other customers - he helped me diagnose the source of my battery problems which I was extremely grateful for. I exclusively go to O'Reillys in my hometown, and will continue to be a loyal customer. Thankyou! ★★★★★

DON’T SHOP O’REILLY’s AUTO PARTS.
They don’t honor their batteries warranties. Go to WALMART if you need a car battery. Their ‘Platinum’ battery only lasted a year and half of a 3 year warranty. Walmart has lower prices and when you break down with a dead battery—They will be there to gladly get you a new replacement.
Buyer Beware when shopping O’Reillys Auto.

I'm not sure why I had to go back to the store three times for a headlamp assembly given the wrong product. Seems that when I describe my vehicle. They have a hard time finding the right product. I'm not sure if it's training or people just don't know about vehicles.

usually have a good experience here but recently my orders have been getting delayed due to employees forgetting to order the part after i paid for it. Definitely needs improvement in that area other than that it’s good.

Terrible service. After standing in line and waiting for my turn, the "manager" left me waiting even longer saying that because he was a "manager" he couldn't go out to the parking lot and attend to my request. If you are in line, you must be attended to in that order without priority for anyone. If your "manager" cannot handle this situation, do not expect the other employees to do anything.

Oriellys near Nissan in Smyrna TN. If you purchase a lifetime tool and request replacement be ready for no as the answer. I purchased tool out of town. Did not save my receipt. The system per the store manager will not search another region? Why is that my problem? Manager said people can get tool at yard sale and try to replace? Who cares as a lifetime warranty does not say if you keep the receipt, take back to original store and you have to be the person to have purchased for lifetime warranty to be valid. Also do not talk to coworker about me when I walk out. My son was still in the store and heard you. Shame on you. I hope that $20 ratchet was worth it. This is just the start of my journey.

Terrible service. Ignorant sales staff. Called in twice about a porduct before driving to the store. Product not avalable upon arrival after assurance on the phone product was in inventory.
