The guy inside overcharged a 88 year old woman who was in a wheelchair. Then he lied about it. Maybe that's how they do business in the country he's from. Don't do business with them.

Just doesn't have good enough deals for long term customers. Upgrades are more expensive than just buying from a chain store.
Finally switched services after 4 years & glad to have finally done it. Store could do better on customer service, been here many times and they've been a rude or denied me upgrades yet another metro would comply... other than that, they could stand to do much better with selection of phones and cases and actually treat long term customers better.
* Also service was very poor even in the middle of town , often drop calls, couldn't receive outgoing calls or texts

HORRIBLE PART TREATMENT OF METRO WORKERS, ALWAYS SAY THAT THEY HAVE NO SERVICE AND CAN'T ATTENT THAT YOU HAVE MORE LOSE, it's the nearest metro branch I'm left with and I can't get there because they never solve anything they have to change the staff of this urgent store
HORRIBLE TREATMENT BY THE METRO WORKERS, THEY ALWAYS SAY THEY HAVE NO SERVICE AND THEY CANNOT ASSIST YOU TO COME BACK LATER, it is the closest metro branch to me and I can't get there because they never solve anything for me, they have to change the staff from this urgent store

went to the metro store on sam ridley wouldn't take my payment said I needed a pin .so I come to the store on north Lowery the next day no issues took my needed no pin and cleaned my phone .I know where I'm paying for now on!Thanks Lowery store

I would definitely recommend this store. There is a girl that works there that is absolutely amazing to work with. She is super friendly and helpful. She even was great with my 2yr old. I'd most definitely continue to keep going back to this store even, though I live 4 1/2 hrs away. I'll continue to make the drive just to go to this store.
