“Access to the building was not great. This caused the 9 rating instead of 10. Front main entrance under a reconstruction phase allowing no access there. Had to go to side door for building access where it has a magnetic lock with key card access. People even Employees were waiting to gain access. This building has multiple businesses not just Quest Diagnostic. Had to wait for someone on the inside to open the door and employees in the building scotched door open with a rock. If rock slipped out and door closed it would lock. which it did when leaving and then once again people waiting for someone inside to come let them in. Quest Diagnostics and their employees I was extremely satisfied with. They were very Professional and friendly. I Did make an appointment time, and they had me in at my scheduled time.”
