I have worked customer service let alone I’ve been an assistant manager for a gas station. This place need some major help. Or better yet close the doors and not reopen them.
Andrew get it together man!
For almost a week now my husband has came into this location and when he goes to the coolers he sees the gallon of water he wants is in the back and just needs stocked. So he walks up to Andrew and asks him if he wouldn’t mind running back there and grabbing one. To which Andrew is always finding an excuse. He told him one time he has more important things to get done besides run back there and grab one. He then grabbed his phone off the counter and began playing on his phone.
I went in with him just a few minutes ago and he was kind of snarly towards us when we walked in. He seemed almost shocked that my husband is married. Which is whatever, but then I noticed there was a gallon in the back of the cooler and so I figured maybe he’d be nice and grab one. Nope, he looked me dead in the eye and said nope sorry we are all out. When I told him I saw them back in the back he said no ma’am those aren’t for sale. I brushed it aside because I’m not going to make a scene in your work no matter how lazy you are.
When I moved into the area about 6 months ago I applied to be the assistant manager here and when I brought it up to the GM she told me she didn’t need an assistant because she is fully staffed with such an awesome crew. Sorry, but lady you must be delulu.. So glad I dodged that bullet.

So I go there get 2 packs of cigarettes.Comes to 16.62$ after I enter rewards card.I give older small lady with long hair,a coupon for 1.50 off.Scans it comes to 15.12$.I give her a twenty she gives me back 3.38. I said I thought it was 15.12 she says no your wrong 16.62.So this is the second time this has happened to me there. So either she went to school with Jethro Bodine from Beverly Hillbillies or she is pocketing money.I think it's the 6 th grade education.So people be very aware your purchase price.Maybe just avoid the store altogether.They should be glad there's not a minus rating for people to grade store.

Can't say enough good about them after 4 years as a customer.Lots of good people are no longer there but good people are still employed to replace them.The managers do their best for customers and work just like the employees do. They cover shifts for their employees who have to call out even pulling doubles.The bathroom is always clean.The store managers Paige and sherry are exceptional.I'm sad to see alot of people have left but they moved up and I know great people will fill in the spots.

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm a Mapco regular but after coming here, I may change that. The manger as she called herself, dorinda, was rude as can be. I just wanted a pack of cigs and she gave me some speech about it's going to give me cancer. Then she started talking about her feet and back hurting and how she should get a chair because she's the best they have. I would beg to differ but I really wanted out of there. I'm going to the kwik next door the next time I'm around here because it's not worth running into her. Don't go here for anything if they are going to hire people like her.

I have never been treated like this before over a pack of smokes!! The old man with a white beard is so ignorant and mean!! He wouldn't sell me a pack of smokes because He got mad because HE didn't know His ciggerettes in store and I was trying to tell him which ones to get but he didn't want to listen...after he couldn't get it right,proceeds to tell me they didn't have them. I said "oh well they typically have them". He then refused to sell them to me and told me to go disrespect someone else and refused to sell me the smokes!! I left and went across the street where the gentleman was alot nicer and he was cheaper!! LOL it's all good,the man is obviously not from the south and should see his way back to wherever he came from!! I hope he gets fired!!
