The staff, if you can find one, are always very helpful and friendly. I usually always find what I am looking for here. I prefer shopping here instead of the other big box competitor.

Lowe's is not my personal favorite. Always seems to have limited selection. On this trip to the garden center the selection was limited, size was smaller and price was higher than Home Depot.

I went to the Smyrna store to get a gift for my son that was on sale. The app showed there were two still available. When I got there, the young man in the tools department tried to help me look for it and said there weren’t any but I could go to customer service and maybe get one delivered. When I went to customer service the man working informed me that if I wanted the item I would need to order it and pay an additional $15.00 charge to have it delivered. I was not happy with that as that additional charge basically wiped out the whole point of me going there to get the product on sale. I was a little annoyed to say the least so I wasn’t going to get anything that I came there for and was not at all impressed with the customer service. However, when I was in the parking lot, literally getting in my car, a gentleman was yelling for me and told me to come back into the store. He said he had overheard the conversation I had with customer service and wanted to help me get the gift my son wanted for Christmas! He found where the product was in the racks and of course it was on the very top and very hard to get to. He got another gentleman to help as well and they got the product down and I was able to get the gift my son wanted for Christmas!!! I was soooo happy and after that another gentleman helped me pick out some other products for gifts as well. I’m so sorry I can’t remember all three of the gentlemen's names that helped me but I do remember Troy’s name so I hope the other gentleman see this and know I really appreciate you guys going above and beyond for me and helping make my Christmas!!! Totally turned a bad experience with customer service into an awesome shopping trip!!! Thank you so much and I hope y’all get all the blessings that you deserve!!!!

Just left the Smyrna Store and it was pitch dark in the parking lot with no outdoor lights on. Very dangerous for customers walking behind cars or even trying to locate a cart return. Attempted to call the store but put on eternal hold.

Bryan from Appliances, he is a jack-A, we where going through a return and replace type of transaction and we got told to go back there to appliance, he talked to us like we where stupid then walks away from us without saying anything. We wait at the desk hoping that he’s coming back for about 10 min, then i when I walk over to the side of the store I hear them talking about me! Saying “he’s looking right at you” Lowe’s y’all really need to figure out your customer service

Do not buy any products from Lowe's that require installation. Lowe's handy services is now Angi's formerly Angi's list. I have been battling with Lowe's and Angi's. I had to get the better business Bureau involved to get Lowe's to do anything. This all started on August 14th 2023 and is still going as of today 9/15/23. It has been a nightmare from hell. Between Emails between Angi's and Lowe's basically I was forced to take a refund. You pay 405.00 to get a ceiling fan installed on 30 ft. 7 cancelations and 7 rescheduled dates nothing was ever done. Then finally somehow I was included in their corporate emails and when 8 people had 8 different stories I responded then a nasty email from a Victoria Baker stating I had been removed from emails this was an internal communication and they needed to remain united and strong, basically she didn't want me to know they were trying to cover uo their screw up. This isn't my first battle with Lowe's. I purchased a fence and the installation people quit in the middle of installation. I purchased backslash from them and they sent a guy out who couldn't speak English and the back splash looked like a roller coaster ride. Since Lowe's has partner with Angi's their services have gone down hill. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM LOWE'S.

I am never disappointed with my shopping experience at Lowe's.I have always been able to find what I need; in stock and on the shelf. Even during the height of the Pandemic, I never encountered a issue with any Lowe's products I wished I could say this about other suppliers.

I was buying a n edger, weed eater, plants, mulch, and lots of landscape fabric. I told the checker the price was wrong on the edger (associate helping me pick out confirmed price). She ran me back to take a picture of barcode twice). Then she wouldn't sale it to me. Never shopping at Lowes again. It was very embarrassing. I have shopped in that store for 30 yrs. TRAIN YOUR HELP.
