Do not buy any products from Lowe's that require installation. Lowe's handy services is now Angi's formerly Angi's list. I have been battling with Lowe's and Angi's. I had to get the better business Bureau involved to get Lowe's to do anything. This all started on August 14th 2023 and is still going as of today 9/15/23. It has been a nightmare from hell. Between Emails between Angi's and Lowe's basically I was forced to take a refund. You pay 405.00 to get a ceiling fan installed on 30 ft. 7 cancelations and 7 rescheduled dates nothing was ever done. Then finally somehow I was included in their corporate emails and when 8 people had 8 different stories I responded then a nasty email from a Victoria Baker stating I had been removed from emails this was an internal communication and they needed to remain united and strong, basically she didn't want me to know they were trying to cover uo their screw up. This isn't my first battle with Lowe's. I purchased a fence and the installation people quit in the middle of installation. I purchased backslash from them and they sent a guy out who couldn't speak English and the back splash looked like a roller coaster ride. Since Lowe's has partner with Angi's their services have gone down hill. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM LOWE'S.

I was buying a n edger, weed eater, plants, mulch, and lots of landscape fabric. I told the checker the price was wrong on the edger (associate helping me pick out confirmed price). She ran me back to take a picture of barcode twice). Then she wouldn't sale it to me. Never shopping at Lowes again. It was very embarrassing. I have shopped in that store for 30 yrs. TRAIN YOUR HELP.

Lowe's here in Smyrna TN is the worse. Bad delivery, bad customer service! I'll never shop Lowe's anywhere again. The staff is incompetent and rude. Their third party delivery is incredibly poor service and quality. Nothing compares to Homedepot!

We made a purchase of Rodent Sheriff, which was on the clearance isle at the back of the store, sign above it listed the product name, original price ($9.99) and the clearance price of $4.97. It rang up the original price. The woman at the service desk dismissed us saying "customers leave things all over the store"I told her there were about 7 boxes left after we picked that one up. Again we were dismissed that it wasn't on clearance. Finally they asked an employee to go check it. The service desk clerk kept saying we were wrong, rubbing her hands through her hair saying there's nothing I do about it. Eventually, the call came that we were right. And received our refund.The problems were1. It scanned wrong2. Instead of saying she would get someone to check, we were told we were wrong .3. The clerk kept complaining the entire time we waited.4. Clerk never apologized for our wait or inconvenience.5. The clerk had to have help doing the refund.I told the front end manager that in all my years of being front end manager at Walmart, I would have written up a service desk clerk for being so rude.

We are a business, a Lowe's American Express holding Pro. We are ALWAYS in Lowe's. Although they have some great associates, the Customer Service department needs some training in customer service. We returned part, still in original packaging that we purchased personally. We did not have a receipt. The return was only $8.43 and we asked for a store credit. The "lady" was SO RUDE. Told another associate, "We need to stop taking this stuff back", and loud enough for us to hear it. She never smiled and my husband was so friendly to her. She reluctantly gave him a store credit. He said, "Thank you so much. Have a great day." She literally turned around and said nothing. We were both so angry that we talked about cutting up our Pro Credit Card and walking out. I can not believe the rudest employee we have ever encountered at this store is in CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We were treated like thieves for $8.43 store credit. She needs to be put somewhere that she doesn't have to "deal" with customers or she could single handedly take this store way down hill. We are seriously thinking about taking our business elsewhere.

Lowes has great plants, great employees to assist with questions and give grow guarantees for plants.We Appreciate their offerings for the garden and their trained personal, who can actually help, vs other big box stores.

The dynamics between customers and employees have changed; unfortunately NOT for the better. With inflation out of control customers look for deals. I discovered a product in the shelf that had been returned and put back in inventory. There were several issues with it and the employee argued with me and followed me to customer service to add her opinion to management as to why I shouldn't be allowed to purchase it. At the end of all of the employee's arguing, I received a discount. Lowes in the past had a table of discounted/marked down items and highly recommend going back to this policy especially with soaring prices.

Why have a telephone number if you do not answer the phone!!!?!?!? Waited over an hour and no one ever picked up the line. And the hold music is awful too!!!!

Apparently warranties are useless. They offer a buyout. Hiw does this help me with getting a new appliance? Will not be returning to do business with Lowes again and will continue to spread the word

I love going to Lowes. I can always find something that I didn't know I needed. Lolol I went to get some flowers for my garden. I read a story once about A man Called Pearl that inspired me to revive plants that others throw away. I have a sick flower bed where these plants stay until I get them healthy again. As always after a cold snap Lowes had plenty of plants for my sick bed and lots of flowers to go in with my healthy plants. Gardening is my yard is my life's work and favorite thing to do.

Went in one morning needing wire. Stood there at the wire carousel needing assistance so I hit the button but no one came. Stood there for about 10 mins and nobody even walked by for me to get. Decided to leave where I seen 4 employees standing there talking. Only reason they got 2 stars is because they did have the wire I needed, just needed a employee to run the carousel around and cut it for me.
