Took my Yorkie in for a bath and haircut. We also showed them a picture of how we wanted her cut. When I went to pick her up she looked like a HAIRLESS CAT!!! I was very calm when I expressed my disappointment! All they gave me were excuses. I called the manager when I got home and she did the same thing. Defended her groomer and made excuses. NEVER ONCE did she apologize or ask me what they could do to rectify the situation. This was not our first time there, but it is definitely THE LAST. $80 for a haircut and our Zoey looks AWFUL!!!!!Will never recommend again!!!!!

I brought my daughter's 2 big dogs there. Tiffany is so sweet and accommodating. She came out to the truck along with another employee and got the boxer and pitbull out of the truck for me. I had to pick them up after hours when I got off work. Tiffany helped me bring the dogs out and lifted the pit bull up into the bed of the truck for me. The dogs were absolutely beautiful!!Their coats were so clean and velvety. Such a wonderful job and such a gracious person!Thank you Tiffany for going above and beyond ?

HORRIBLE!!!! Not worth the one star! The manager Tiffany is horrible. Rude and doesn’t care about her paying customers. I have been coming here for a while and haven’t really had any issues. Today however I took my goldendoodle in to be groomed and I was aware that she would be pretty shaved. When my husband picked up our dog he paid $150 plus tip (which was not worth the price) and he left. He got to the car and noticed she had blood on both her ears. Then looked and her dewclay was hanging on with blood around. He took her back in and words were exchanged. Tiffany told him to take her to the vet and they would pay but “things happen and Merry Christmas.” He took her to the vet and she left with antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, glued dewclay and a cone for a week. I called and spoke to this manager/owner of this place. Calmly asked what happened. I then asked if she would refund me after everything and not even a full refund but a partial or something. No sorry from this owner. No acknowledgment. Tells me she wasn’t bleeding when she left. I said she absolutely was and I have pictures and got her email. I asked her if that’s how she conducts business and with loyal paying customers. She said “things happen and there will be no refund and again told me that she wasn’t bleeding and to have the vet call her! She doesn’t care about her customers, dogs or her business. And I’ll make sure that everyone knows. Similar comments about the same thing on here. Seems like a pattern! See attached photos! Rushed job to say the least!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE AND IF YOU DO MAKE SURE TO CHECK THEM BEFORE WALKING OUT THE DOOR BECAUSE MANAGEMENT WILL NOT TELL YOU IF YOUR DOG WAS INJURED WHILE BEING GROOMED!!!! Accidents do happen but for it to not be brought to the dog owners attention when getting picked up is absolutely ridiculous!!! & in this case MULTIPLE cuts throughout the body, which required a immediate trip to the emergency vet !!!! Poor baby had to have her dewclaw glued from being torn, is now wearing a cone and being treated with antibiotics. DO NOT trust them with your babies!! The manager has no empathy and the only answer you’ll get is “ it happens”. READ OTHER REVIEWS OF PEOPLE THAT HAVE EXPERIENCED SIMILAR SITUATIONS AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOR BY GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Boarded my pup here and picked up a sick and rough shaven one. We could tell they rushed. We are so disappointed in the services as we though they were top notch. Our pup even has kennel cough now! When we asked to speak to a manager, she cursed at us for interrupting her "off" day. We won't be back.

We take our two small dogs and they always do a wonderful job with them. We are always pleased. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that, when we arrive, it seems disorganized. Kit a big deal, in reality, I know.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Staff is always nice and respectful towards me and my dog. Doesn't take months to get an appointment, has a walk in nail trim 5 days a week! They even helped me to my car with my dog bc I had kids to wrangle as well. Don't know of another place that would do that. ?

I have used this place three times and they did fine, but this time they have ruined my two solid white Siberian Huskies. They did not brush them out instead cut all their fur off down to the skin. I gave them permission to do their bellies and legs, if needed. They even shaved the sides of their face! They shaved them so close that they have raw skin on their bodies in some places. You and your groomers either do not know what they are doing or are too lazy to do it right. THEY SHAVED THEIR WHOLE BODY! I will never set foot in your place again. I did try to actually call and complain two days in a row, but I was never able to reach the owner. I didn't even want to give them the one star because I am so upset and disappointed.

Just had both of our dogs groomed, a poodle and a yorkie. We paid for Express service because the poodle doesn’t handle being in a cage very well. The dogs were done in about an hour. They both looked great!

My dog demands to go to Lilah Belle Pet Spa at least 3 times a week for daycare. The staff is always kind and their passion for animals shines through on every interaction. I trust them more than anyone else with my best friend.

If I could give no stars I would! The owner has a terrible attitude! She hurt my dog doing his nails and didn’t listen to what I asked for. She didn’t apologize. Horrible! I will NEVER go back there.
