Prices have gone way up again but overall I found everything I needed and a few extras. People are always very nice and helpful.

This is a nice and larger Kroger. Busy at times but never a long wait. Love all the mark downs and sales through out the store. Sushi, deli and bakery always on point. Great alcohol selection as well.

Wish there were more handicap parking spaces. Thank you for having the riding cart. I enjoy doing my own shopping & self checkout. This store is on ground level & in their own building. The reason I state this is because I was answering questions about Kroger & accidentally hit the wrong answer to the question of the level Kroger was on. Great customer service and help. Glad to see the shelves were nicely stocked & plenty of sale items. Thank You Everyone @ Kroger for always making my shopping a nice trip ?

For being 7 AM on Thanksgiving morning, they were surprisingly busy. However, everyone was busy making sure the store was presentable and check out lines weren’t that bad. The sale on Coke products was awesome. I’m convinced Kroger is the best bang for the buck still to this day.

Listen. I don’t know what’s happening with this Kroger, but I know it isn’t the standard they advertise. It’s always understaffed with long checkout lines. They’ve changed the chicken flour or something in the deli; the fried chicken is now trash. What happened to the three cheese ranch dressing? Do we not pay enough tax money to get a half decent and fully stocked store? This Kroger has made changes in all the wrong places, and naturally, it continues to get worse and worse. I don’t want to drive Veterans Pkwy or Church street locations in Murfreesboro every time I need groceries and want a pleasant shopping experience- but I will should this store continue to disappoint.

Kroger corporate needs to step in. They should also check out the video from Saturday October 14th between noon and one o’clock (at least).- We were there this past Saturday around noon, and there was only one register open. Yes, really, just one. There were ~8 carts in line for that register so we waited to be ~7th in line for the self checkout even though we had ~$250 in groceries. There were lines of carts EVERYWHERE waiting to checkout. I’ve never seen that many people waiting around in long lines to check out at a grocery store.- The checkout machine kept stopping us and requiring us to get the helper to intervene, except there was only one helper (they needed 2 more) and it kept taking her several minutes to get to us to get us going again. So it took us FOREVER to check ourselves out. This wouldn’t have happened if they had enough checkouts going.- The person at the self checkout ahead of us dropped a big bottle of wine which left glass and wine in a large circle of the check out area. That was not Kroger’s fault, but Kroger had nobody to clean it up so it just sat there for at least over 10 minutes (it was still there with nobody cleaning it up as we were leaving). This created a very dangerous situation for people anywhere near that area. It also kept one of the few open self checkout lanes closed with MANY people standing around waiting to check out.- Finally the self checkout lady took a 12 pack of beer out of my hands and walked away with it as my wife was showing the lady her id (we’re both 53). I left my id in the car. The lady said everyone part of the transaction had to show id. She wouldn’t even let my wife go to a different self checkout to buy it without me in the picture. We could have gone and grabbed more beer (she took ours), but that would have meant standing in the very long lines again. No thx. Again, wouldn’t have happened if they had enough registers opened.- My wife made the comment as we drove to Publix to get the beer we still needed that everyone is short staffed these days. Then we walked into Publix and they had more people than they needed around helping people. It was night and day.- This was the worst customer service experience I think I’ve ever had. Just thing after thing making this a very unpleasant experience.- The store manager needs immediate intervention/help. I’m know they lost one customer (I.e., me), but I’m quite sure they lost several others that day given the circumstances.

No buggies inside. The parking lot situation is a disaster. Produce is slim pickings along with meat and dairy. It's the only kroger in smyrna...better to stick with publix.

I don’t recommend this location. The workers are rude and lazy. Please go to Publix on President pl. They have better quality workers and excellent customer service.

Grocery pickup has issues. Either runs late or never fills the order and tells me I am welcome to come back. I don’t have time to run back and forth and why should I believe the next time will be any better. I’m disabled and depend on the pickup to help me but since it’s unreliable it’s of little help. I’ll drive Down two blocks to Publix’s. Higher prices but reliable service and they fill pickup orders within a hour. Sorry Kroger I’ve tried to be loyal but you’ve wasted way to much of my time and gas driving over for nothing.

Incredibly frustrated with this store. I’ve selected Kroger pickup 3x in a row and they’ve been unable to have my pickup order on time. This store is only convenient to my job so asking me to “come back later” defeats the entire purpose of using the pick up feature.
