Surprisingly clean and offers a good selection of merchandise for its location. Staff, though young, are very friendly & knowledgeable. More schtuff than the Nissan Drive location! Demographics has changed in the past 5 years in the area. Adjacent outlets reflect the characteristics of the new residents. ?

My recent visit to GameStop left me with mixed feelings, as the experience offered a blend of disappointments and pleasant surprises.
As an enthusiast of PC gaming, I was initially disappointed by the limited selection of PC games and accessories available at the store. GameStop predominantly caters to console gamers, and as such, I struggled to find the PC-related items I was seeking. This aspect of the visit fell short of my expectations, highlighting the store's focus on console gaming over other platforms.
However, amidst my search for PC products, I stumbled upon a pleasant surprise in the form of anime items. GameStop had a collection of anime merchandise, including cool anime shirts featuring beloved characters like Naruto and Sasuke. The availability of these items added a unique flair to the store's offerings and provided an unexpected opportunity to indulge in my love for anime.
In terms of customer service, my experience was relatively decent. While not exceptional, the staff was courteous and helpful when approached for assistance.
Overall, GameStop offers a mixed shopping experience, with strengths and weaknesses that cater to different interests. While the lack of PC gaming options may deter some customers, the presence of anime merchandise and decent customer service can still make it worth a visit, especially for fans of console gaming and anime culture.

If you plan on losing money or getting ripped off this is your place too go. Purchased a used PS5 gane for my child, returned it day 8, offered a store credit for 75 percent of the purchased price. Yes, a product they sold didnt work and the simply one to return, issue credit for 100%, or a full refund. Principal people! This Store and store Manager have zero!!!! Store policy was the comment. The store policy is to sell you broken games and not have the decency to exchange!!! Pathetic!!! Gonto Walmart...cant believe I am even saving that...GameStop Steals your kids money!!!!!!!

I was in this evening needing a new gaming set up and the two employees working were so helpful and kind while I was shopping. They made great recommendations that met the needs of the system setup I was needing!

I drove from Franklin CoolSprings GameStop to come to this one. The one at CoolSprings mall, the associate was very rude. This GameStop was amazing to deal with. They have the best employees I have seen from a GameStop.
