Top notch arcade. Great people. As hard as it is to keep up with a couple hundred piball machines, the job gets done. Most pins I have seen outside of Hillsboro, OR. Thanks for your hospitality, I'll be back.

It was ok. Parking is a little bit tricky and iffy but we eventually found somewhere. Also it's on a one way street so you have to circle around the next street up don't go down the wrong way. Plenty of games , lots of pinball. PSVR but impossible to play being it's in a line of other games and consoles so you have about 3 foot width to play VR not a lot of room. Near VR there's also a wall of Gabe discs that you have to constantly dodge people whilst looking for a game and the people looking for games get in the way of VR. I like this place better than the one in the Boro cause it has consoles and retro consoles however it's hard to hear due to the sound of everything being as loud as possible cause everyone wants to hear what they're playing. We just yelled back and forth. Nice staff, if you go id pay for the hour to see how you like it then hopefully they'll let you pay the difference (three dollars) to play for longer if you want to stay.

My whole family loves this place. Old school games and new. My husband and I will even come here on a date night.
Price is not bad either.

As of 2024 there is little to NO PARKING. They have made local businesses to mad they will tow you. Pretentious employees that will mock you first chance they get, 1/4 of the machines are down. There's a reason they can't keep technicians.
EDIT: Owner response just shows how little they care about customers. Not only is it a bold face lie, but they also take the time to stalk users too apparently. So professional. I spent an hour in your "arcade" just to have a quarter your machines be gunked up or not work. Not the pinball machines. It obvious why the Rivergate store closed. I use to be a regular when they first opened up it's worse than a Dave N' Busters now.
Edit 2: None of my reviews are hidden, Owner is clearly mad someone called them out. Creating straw-man arguments and making assumptions. This place is pathetic.

I don't really like editing my reviews for negativity especially sense I love this place. But I just had a super rude encounter with one of the employees. Which surprised me, most of the employees are really chill and down to earth. So I parked across the street to get to gg at the train depot. No big deal I like to walk anyways. But after spending 3 hours there I leave, make it back to the car and realized "Dang. I forgot my wallet on top of the ddr machine I think." So I call GG to see if they can check for me as I walk in. I'm like "I'm heading back in, can yall check for me sense I'm across the street still." .... and he's like "no." Very rude.. I'm like ok "why?" and he's like "you can check." Which I'm still across the street walking, hoping no one stole it. So I'm like "I'm on my way in, but it would be faster if you just went to make sure it was there." And still was a hard no in a very rude tone. "Isn't this your establishment? Why can't you check?" I asked. "Were running a tournament" he said. OK, so I understand that. But still it would of took like a few seconds just to run and check, or get it to make sure no one stole it. especially sense I was all the way across the street still. You really shouldn't be that way to customers paying and supporting your establishment. : / when i walked in the employee wasnt even paying attention to no tournament like he said anyways.
One of my favorite arcades! But they need to fix the lighting on there ddr machine.
Edit: They replaced the screen in the ddr, fixed up the pads and its now running stepmania. Amazing!!!! I play there alot. Plus added a new pop'n music and so much more. Best place for rhythm games in TN!

One of the best arcades just for the Japan import rhythm games alone. It has a maimai machine. God bless

This place one of my TOP if not THE TOP place that I'd recommend to a family (If they are gamers). I've been taking my 12 yr old son there since he was 8/9 and he absolutely loves it. Since then I've taken his friends and even visiting family. The price is so reasonable and game systems for every age from old school pinball, marvel/Capcom, NBA jam, dance revolution, and even the new systems like PS5, Xbox, and they even have a game trading station.
All in all you won't be disappointed.

I'm in love. mostly post 1979 pinball collection, a lot of the machines are in absolutely immaculate condition. some newer machines are on coin drop after entry fee has been paid. Machines are largely left off and turned on as needed. Only complaint is that some machines are not properly balanced and so lean in one direction or the other.
Mostly I'm about pins but the arcade side of things looks comprehensive and amazing. Plus a large and well thought out area for console gaming. This is a top tier must for traveling pinball fans

THE BEST ARCADE SPOT ANYWHERE PROBABLY. The selection of games is so much more than any location I've ever been to in my experience, over 50 different pinball machines, they have multiple different Japanese rhythm games including wacca and project diva arcade. Not to mention their amazing collection of classic arcade cabinets from donkey Kong to many Sega fighting games and mortal Kombat. The price is also very affordable, at the time of writing this it is $15 to play all day unlimited play which is just phenomenal. Absolutely highly recommended to anyone close enough to visit and I will be returning soon.
