I just turned around and walked out. This has to be the absolute worst costumer service I’ve ever received. The young lady behind the counter should probably look for other employment. Acted like I was an annoyance for even bothering her.

The branch manager, Amy, is super nice & helpful. FHB isn't a good bank. Just one more trip back tomorrow to finalize closing my accounts. Do not recommend their services. Changed to 1 star sice 0 isn't an option. Watch out for convenience fees & for them to merge (again) with TD Ameriscam this time. "4 thumbs down" -Rick James

Normally, I have a good experience with this branch, but today left me in a very irritable mood since. I had to get to get one of my debit cards replaced because the chip wasn't working anymore. For context, I have two debit cards connected to two different accounts. When I requested a new card, Abby took the old card and printed me a new card. Now, I had to do this another time previously and never had an issue.After I left the bank, I had to stop at the jewelry store and make a payment. Seeing as I had no issues, I thought all was well. Then I stopped for lunch. When I used my primary card, it kept declining. After having to leave, I checked my app and saw that not only was I charged $50 from my primary account from my stop at the jeweler, but I come to find out that she deactivated my primary card and activated the new card to the wrong account...So, with 30 mins until the branch closes I raced to the bank.When I get there and explain my situation to Abby, the teller who helped me not even an hour ago, she starts to argue with me that she did exactly as I said and gave me a new card. I had to explain it to her several times that she deactivated the wrong card and activated the new card to the wrong checking account. "...I don't know how that happened," she said. I do. She wasn't paying attention to check to see which account that debit card was assigned to.So, after going back and forth, she asks if I wanted to transfer the $50 from the secondary account to my primary account to bring me back to my original balance...Only then did I look to see that once again, she mixed up my accounts so now I have $100 out of my primary checking account...AGAIN she didn't check to see which account she was working with. At this point, I'm doing all I can to keep myself calm cuz at that point I was blown away by the incompetence of this teller who clearly wasn't paying attention to what she was doing. Finally, she prints off the new debit cards and I made her double-check to make sure that the cards were assigned to the right accounts.Everything is fine now, but after this experience I'm very concerned about if this experience would happen again not just to me, but to another customer. To carelessly transfer the wrong funds out of a checking account or accidentally deactivate the wrong debit card is bad. I hope that someone can train Abby or any teller to make sure they're looking carefully at which accounts they're handling when someone makes a request like this in the future. Unbelievable.

Awful customer service at this branch. Such nasty attitudes. They don't care if you are a customer or not. I have banked at First Horizon for over 10 years, and never been treated so badly. It may be time to take my money and business elsewhere.

I had money get jammed up in the ATM, waiting days to get it back, been calling the location and customer service, finally have a case number ?? So maybe I get my money soon??? Missed the representatives call so now another day, I don't know what I would do if it was my whole check waiting days with no clear answer to when and if I'm getting MY money back,

I have been with this bank since 1999when it used to be First Tennessee. When first Tennessee changed to first horizon bank, the customer service sucked so bad. Every time I go into my bank branch, I have to deal with someone new. This new change can't seem to keep the same employee. I made a purchased $583, and instead. of $583, $58000 was deducted from my account. I played phone tag with First Horizon cooperate in Knoxville, TN. I do everything I ask to fix this—problem since I have been getting return checks due To merchant errors, and First Horizon still can do nothing. I Don't recommend this bank to anyone.

After being a member here for 10+ years, I’m finally giving up on this bank. I’ve been through so many difficult situations in the past with them, but the customer services has always had me stay until now.I went in to the Smyrna location before Christmas and spoke to a woman there about changing my card and my name since I am now married. She assured me that if I got my debit card mailed versus printed in store that I could keep the same debit card number which was important to me. After waiting two weeks I finally received my card in the mail with a NEW NUMBER and it had my MAIDEN name on it….. so frustrating. Called the branch to discuss and the guy who answered sounded like he was clueless. He explained that I now had my old card and this incorrect new card activated and could use both….. why would I want that?? He said he needed to ask people about what happened and he’d call me back. I told him if I didn’t hear back that day I would be canceling my account there, and I will be doing exactly that next week.I’m so sick of the inconsistencies and lack of knowledge at these banks that are trusted with my money. I’m going to transfer my money to Chase where my other accounts are and I recommend anyone who sees this to do the same.

I’m not sure which kid I dealt with to wire transfer money at this bank, but I’ve never met a more redundant person in my life. This branch should seriously consider replacing his position and has lost my business.

Came Saturday 12/5 through drive through & the teller Angie put my deposit into someone else’s account. Didn’t realize until they were closed. So now Monday I will have to be late work to get this handled! Now I will be missing pay on work!! I had bills to pay, things to buy!! So Inconvenient!!! How does My money get deposited into someone else’s account! Not Acceptable!!! I will be getting in contact w corporate!

Great place to bank. As of right now make sure to wear a mask inside. I medically can't wear one so I held my jacket over my nose and mouth.....this was a no go and I was told to go through the drive thru even though I was withdrawing a big sum of cash from 2 accounts. One I did not know my account number. Lady that helped me in the drive thru made everything I needed to happen happen.

Terrible experience at this specific location, for thesecond time first time I said give them another chance and don’t even say anything.But now is kind Too much, I feel so sorry for companies they hire people have no idea about Customer Service, even branch mangerHERMAN MCKELVEY He acted like he didn’t really care what’s going on. I will not going to do any more business with this company any more, because of that 0 customer service I got from them.

They arent handling the covid situation like bank of America is... Much nicer lobby experience across the street. Lines of people in drive through...45 minutes at least. BOA lobby was fast nice and clean... No yelling about a mask
