Took my 1999 Ford F-150 in for a brake job in late May 2023. Two months later I drove toMurfreesboro and back home, La Vergne. I could smell brakes and when I got it home the right front was smoking so bad I thought it was on fire. Called and spoke with Eric and he requested me to bring it in so they could check it. The mechanic took it on a short drive and said he couldn’t see anything wrong. I explained that the right front was smoking and that isn’t right. They offered to replace the calipers at my expense. I told them no I just spent almost $900 on rotors and pads. Told Eric I wouldn’t be back and left. Won’t be using them ever again. Do not recommend!!!Service: Auto brake repair

When my car broke down, I was very unsure as to where to take it. I previously had been here for a minor painting job and knew they did service as well. I had my car towed here in the evening, and it was ready to go the next afternoon. Their pricing was fair and fell within the range google suggested repair of that nature would cost. I’ll definitely continue to come here for all service needs moving forward! No hassle, no pushy sales, just straight forward repairs.

This place does a good job mechanically fixing my car but I have had issues with communication about my vehicle. I really didn't feel like they were telling me everything I need to know about my vehicle issues.

Ok, about a year ago, they replaced a wheel bearing assembly and did an alignment on my truck. My truck started having engine trouble this past week and I thought to call them because they did me fair the last time. I called and spoke to a lady who said she would have a service tech call me back. I waited a full day with no call, so I called back because I know things can get forgotten at times. This time she put me on the phone with Eric. I explained to Eric what my issue is and told him upfront that I was a mechanic at one time and I’m pretty positive what the issue is and what needed to be done and just wanted a ballpark estimate of what the cost would be. Eric then started talking about double overhead cams and replacing heads. This truck is a Ram with a 5.7 Hemi. Even a novice mechanic knows that these motors are a single mid-engine cam design. After that, he said he would talk to his “master mechanic” and call me back the next day. Well, here we are, the next day gone and no call back. I wouldn’t let these people work on my lawnmower. I’ve now found out that the business has changed owners sense the last time I was there. It makes sense now.Service: Wheel alignment

Took my car to get an oil change. I don't drive it much because I work from home. My engine light comes on. Why? Be cause I need an oil change. This is tto soon if they did the oil change. I haven't even reached the mileage they wrote for me to come back for. And it hasn't even been a month. But they took my money and didn't do a job. I'm reporting this to BBB. My sister also goes there and experienced the same thing. Scam!!!!!! I don't drive except for weekends. No need to drive weekday unless I need to go to the store or church. So why do I need another oil change so soon!

Always been very helpful and kind. Went above and beyond to help me figure out what I can do after my car got to the point of being more expensive than it’s worth in repairs for me financially. Definitely coming back with the next car I buy and my family as well. Thanks again!

If you had work done with First Class Sales and Service, be aware they are stating they are now under new ownership and called Crusader. They will not honor any warranty for work done previously under First Class.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my car to them from a referral from Discount tire for broke lug stud. Which by the way took three days. The job was supposed to take 1 day. As far as picking up my car ( I was never called to tell me repair was done, just decided to stop by and check. I went to get in my car and outside door handle was broke ready to fall to the ground. Was told by Danny that it was already broke when I brought it to them. He said that it had to be a set up. This Was not broken and discount tire confirmed that it was fine when they put on the new tires. Instead of taking responsibility for the broken handle he tried to say it was already like that. If that was the case then discount tire would have said something and so would this shop when they first got the vehicle. Do not take your car here! Worst customer service, I have never had a business talk and yell at me like he did. Not like it’s a expensive repair other than labor maybe part is 17.00. They Just wouldn’t take responsibility for braking it.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Stay far far away!! I’ve been trying to get a quote from them for three weeks because they were recommended by a friend. After three weeks, the only thing I’ve gotten is attitude from their receptionist, Emily. When I called back this morning, she had the nerve to tell me that I need to find another shop to get my repair if I didn’t like it and that’s exactly what I’m going to do.
