As a female it’s EXTREMELY nice to know I’m not getting taken advantage of when I bring my vehicle in for service. I’ve brought several of my cars in over the years and have always been treated fairly and honestly. I cannot recommend Firestone enough!

I paid over $1000 for parts and repairs and had to bring my car right back because they had used "a bad part" and it wasn't repaired at all. Extremely inconvenient and frustrating. And there was no apology. Just " it happens sometimes ". Excuse me???
