I've been with 5th Third for 3 years now and love them. Easy communication, no unrealistic/confusing fees, no problems. They have even helped me with necessary cancelation problems.

Over the span of several months, I continue to get unsolicited calls in the middle of the work day despite asking multiple times to only be contacted in case of emergency. Every time they call, they want to “check on my banking needs” and see if I need additional services. I ask them every time to add a note to my account to not contact me at all unless something is wrong. The most recent time, I asked if they could pull up the notes on my account and the note to not call was there but they did not read it before calling. I don’t want to block the number or remove my number from the account in case something does happen to go wrong, but I don’t know how else to get them to stop.

After a ridiculous experience at the Murfreesboro branch (be forwarned), this branch got me right in, created an account for the promo offer, made it easy, and the banker guy was super friendly and nice to my kids too.

Worst customer service I've seen. Do not use this bank if you don't live near a branch. They will make you drive from Houston, TX to get a cashier's check or a wire. Zero accommodations, unwilling to use fax or e-sign, must go to the branch only. Terrible.

This bank and staff are AMAZING! I experienced incredible service from Eric & staff with setting up new accounts, working through challenging payroll issues, etc. I highly recommend this bank and Eric for any banking needs. There aren't enough locations locally and it takes 2 weeks for them to mail you a debit card. I had to go to this physical location on Sam Ridley twice in 3 weeks to fill out withdraw slips. I had almost forgot how

Opened an account at this branch around four years ago. Staff was kind and courteous. Never had an issue banking with 5/3. Highly recommend!

They will lie to you about their services (the manager Daniel) and hold your money so it's not available, and say they can't do anything about it. There are a million other better banks, go somewhere else. I will be closing my account there asap

Was unable to order dominations of money. The Bank next door does First Horizon. They not only were able to do it. They were helpful and nice about it.
