Do not believe them when they tell you to go here and they will scan your QR code and take your package. It's false information. They CAN NOT scan anything. You have to go to Armory Dr. In Murfreesboro or Bell Rd to have Anything scanned! I've been to 3 different so called "FedEx" locations and just wasted my time.

Fedex lost my package and said it was delivered when it was not. They either gave it away to the wrong house or took it home. Customer Service was very inconsistent.
