Never received my frieght order from Lowes. When I reached out to Estes I was advised they were unable to track orders. I am now 2 weeks behind on a job because of this company. Who loses 70 gallons of stain?!?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Extremely unprofessional, late on delivery, and they do not care about your product. If the customer service representative was remotely helpful this would have been different. Take your business elsewhere.

Customer service representative was VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL on phone, delivery dates were NOT met and no communication provided to customer. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!

Delivered without notice. The delivery guy had to have help unloading. Thankfully we were home. Door was DAMAGED!!!!! According to tracking its been in the warehouse for a MONTH

I can’t express how awesome this company was during my dads time while working there but they did something amazing when he passed away! They allowed a driver to take a truck in the line right behind the Hearst. I’ll be forever thankful.

Worst delivery service I've ever seen....they just dropped our furniture in the yard, uncovered, and near the main street - no where even close to the front door of our home. Yes, it's a no signature required delivery, but there are multiple spots at our home that are significantly better placements than the far front yard, uncovered!! It's also now raining and I can't get this piece by myself so now it's more than likely going to be ruined. From reviews of this company, they clearly don't care considering how many negative reviews they have and the continued awful service. Ridiculous.

Zero ⭐️! Came as a 3rd party carrier for pickup but here nobody cares about guests. They are all busy with their drivers. The lady from shipping showed up after 3 hrs only after my dispatch called them several times. After getting dock another hour was wasted for starting loading. Another hour to get BOL and seal. Totally spent 5hrs

Estes subcontracts out their last mile delivery to Ellis Moving and Storage who has over a hundred one star reviews for lack of communication, poor service, etc. We had a no call/no show on the original four hour delivery window and then had a 400lb crate dropped in the wrong spot at 6am the following morning. When I asked for the driver to return to move the crate Estes told me they "could not give me the phone number for Ellis or call them. They could only send an email to Ellis." I was eventually told someone would return to move it, but they never showed up.

Took 17 days to get here (not sure express should be in your name!) Had to call to schedule my delivery after it was in the city for 4 days without any call to schedule delivery. Finally comes (out of the given time window.) Delivery driver was rude as could be, left pallet here when I explicitly told her I didn’t want it as I had no way to bring it to recycling center. She laughed and yelled at me that she wasn’t moving the pallet around all day and that I had to take it. l noticed my box was beat up and bent and sure enough sofa inside was cracked in half, unrepairable. Stuck now having to deal with replacement and praying it doesn’t come from this delivery service again.

My shipment arrived at the Smyrna Estes depot on Thursday January 26 at 7:00 AM. The Estes tracking showed an expected delivery date of January 26. Instead of delivering the shipment to me, they took the pallet to Ellis Moving and Storage in Old Hickory. Ellis Moving and Storage emailed me on Friday and said they could deliver the shipment on Thursday February 2. I asked them if I could come and pick up the pallet, and they said that it was still on the Estes truck and would not be available for pickup until Monday January 30. I told them to just deliver it on Thursday February 2. I will never knowingly do business with Estes or anyone who uses Estes for shipping.

This company does not care when you receive your shipment. They don't answer the phone when you call. They don't respond to emails. They contract out the Final Mile delivery to the lowest bidder. In my case, they contracted it out to a company called Ellis Moving and Storage in Old Hickory, TN, who has the worst ratings on Yelp and Google that I have ever seen. A shipment that should have taken 3 or 4 days is now going to take 15 days. If Estes truly cared about its customers, they certainly would not use such a terrible company to finalize their deliveries. I am sure someone from Estes will leave a message on here to make it look like they care about me, asking me to email them with more information. The best information that I can give you is to stop sub-contracting the Final Mile delivery to Ellis Moving and Storage.

I order a steel cabinet with wheels from Home Depot and this carrier delivered the cabinet by dropping it off in my driveway knowing it was damage. I was home with the door open and instead of them knocking on my door they dropped it off and just left. My neighbors stated they saw the truck pull up and the delivery guys literally took the cabinet out of the box it was in threw the torn box in the back of the truck and just left. They knew the item was damaged which they probably did it; it looks like something crushed the sides of the cabinet. I will never order anything from Home Depot if this is the carrier they use.

DO NOT select them if you are arranging freight through a service like freightquote. They drop off your freight with a "final mile" delivery company, and D. Greer refuses to give their contact info - basically holding your freight hostage. Luckily this policy is inconsistent and I was able to receive the name of the 3rd party from another service agent (final mile is done by Ellis Moving and Storage in my area). Reconsider who you have in customer service - she is using her position to be passive aggressive with your clients, needlessly.

Worst delivery experience ever. I had a marble table and leather chairs delivered and never was updated on when it would be arriving. I came home from work and the marble table top and chairs were left in the apartment complex hallway just inside the door. They did not even deliver it to my door. I was not even told it had been delivered. Some neighbors saw all the boxes in the hallway and noticed my name on the packaging, and they notified me. I had to hire a moving company to bring it to my apartment because it was too heavy for me to carry, and I live alone. I have not even assembled the table and chairs yet but they damaged the table. There are several chips in the marble and the packaging was half on the floor, so they did not handle it properly. Once I start assembling everything, I won’t be surprised if something is missing since they left it in the hallway and anyone could take it.

If I could give a negative review I would, I just witnessed a man who claims to be a manager over the Smyrna location degrade one of his employees. I have never seen an employee be so mistreated in my life. He even threatened to call the police on this young man when he was the only person in the wrong. I will not be using this company anymore.
