“Great place to get your smart phones repaired in many ways... Excellent customer service. Very friendly and kind. If they can't fix it they will send you in the right direction. Also have every kind of phone cases also used unlocked devices for sale. Earbuds etc... Accessories! Usually the fix will be the same day service. NOTE***If for some rare unknown reason the repair fails they will fix it within the warranty period that is stated on the receipts they give you. If you do not have this receipt then you will have to pay for the repair again.! SO I WOULD JUST KEEP THE DANG THING INSTEAD OF THROWING IT AWAY!”
“I think ubreakifix should have a incentive in place for all your customers who pay $80 or more to keep repeat customers. Like if you have to come back for a second time about something different or the same thing. You at least get a discount on your next trip it should be sent via email or text my opinion. Other than that I had a great experience and the people were very nice.”
