the manager was taking photos of me and trying to hide while she was taking photos but saw her big ahh through the glass doors, if she was worried i was going to take something even though i wasn’t she could’ve asked me instead, i felt like she was racially profiling me since i’m brown colored and she’s white and then she tried moving to the other side of the store and continued watching me for no reason, i thought you can’t be recording or taking pictures of people in public spaces but i guess she could since she wanted to racially profile me

I was at the CVS pharmacy located at 11563 Old Nashville Highway in Smyrna, Tennessee picking up my prescriptions. The lady in the window whose name was Angela asked me if I knew how expensive my two prescriptions were. I said no I did not. She informed me that it would be over $140 she said let me see if I can get you a better deal with a discount card, she checked and was able to save me over $70. This was without my asking and her just providing excellent customer service. I believe she is a true asset to this location.

I would like to offer a 5 star review for the pharmacy department. The pharmacist there are amazing. It doesn’t matter if you get Rama or Camal you are receiving the absolute best in care and in-service. Rama came right over to assist me in getting my prescriptions finished and checking me out because he knew I was in a hurry, (and he is so kind and thoughtful). If you are not going to CVS at this location, you definitely should try it out.

The CVS app for vaccinations is a JOKE!!! I've been going in circles and have showed up for an appointment only to find the product is NOT AVAILABLE!! If you're going to force me to use the app to schedule an appointment, it should be as accurate as possible!!

The older woman working the pharmacy window acted like she hated her job. She was rude for no reason. I moved all of my services from this awful place. They also let you pull up to the window and just sit there for 20 minutes. Go somewhere else. There’s many pharmacies in the area.

Pharmacist is rude, delivery is unreliable, front counter employees don't exist, prices are higher than other pharmacies, app is constantly broken. Taking my business elsewhere.

The minute clinic here is an absolute joke. Poorly run but mostly unskilled practitioners who simply do not want to be there and put actual patient care on the back burner. The nurse practitioner was scrolling Instagram today as I was telling her what I was visiting for. JOKE OF A PLACE. For medical care, don’t waste your time. It’s amateur hour.

I moved to Smyrna from NYS. I have never had problems having my controlled substance prescription filled till I moved here. The pharmacist told me that it is back ordered and they are out of it. That Novartis is having manufacturing problems. I checked and that is not the case and I told her that. She then said she has a limited supply. Oh so I guess you made the decision not to fill my prescription with any of your limited supply while I've been waiting weeks for my prescription. Now when I check my CVS app it says they filled it. When I called them they said that isn't what filled it means. Um. What else could it mean. The tech said it means that's the date the Dr. prescribed it. When I told her he prescribed it on 11/23 not 12/19 she said hold on. Then the pharmacist came on after a long hold. She tried telling me that isn't what it means too. I'm so done with CVS. They must think we are all idiots. Now I am needing to go to my pharmacy in NYS to fill it. Luckily I am going home for Christmas and will have no problem getting my medication. I have had 2 concussions but I'm sure CVS doesn't care why I need it. They just give me excuses! Never again will I be treated that way! I will be taking this to their corporate people and FDA and anyone else that will listen. And if necessary, a lawyer! I'm so disgusted drug storeopen overview directory reviews photos deals about add a photo cvs 2.8 (34) drug storeopen overview directory reviews photos deals about
