I went to buy a phone from them and told them I wanted the A54 5G. After I left the store me and my wife had to go to another cricket store later that day for her and when she pulled up my account and said I bought an A52 for $311 and it was refurbished. So not only did they give me a phone I didn't want but also used. And charged me full price. And I was getting the A54 for that price cause I was eligible for a upgrade. Then while we was in the second store the lady there said oh wow that is weird my computer updated and now the refurbished is gone but it says that it isB.O.B meaning I brought this phone to them to turn it on through them. And also I wasn't charged $311 I was charged $340. When I got the phone the lady asked if I wanted a charger I told her no and she said she was going to give me the charger box for free come to find out she charged me for the box without my knowledge. Wasn't given a receipt was told it would come in a text format never got anything like that. So now I'm stuck with something I didn't want and overcharged. Will never go to this location again

Worst customer service ever. It's unbelievable how much time I've wasted trying to claim warranty on my phone but the call always gets disconnected. Be professional and honest with your business.
