I’ve had to board my two cats here numerous times. I always get anxious when I have to be away from my kitties and leave them in the care of someone else, but I never worry here. Wonderful customer service and they always take great care of my cats. They send me an email almost every day with picture updates. It always makes me feel good seeing them while away! My cats always look very comfortable in the pictures. I really recommend boarding here. I have zero complaints, only complete praise. Thank you!! Creature Comforts took on our baby, Max, within an hour and a half notice due to an emergency. I couldn’t even think straight when I first called them, but the woman I spoke to was sooo nice.I knew Max would be nervous being left there as he’s never been in kennel boarding before and experiences separation anxiety. I called the second day and asked how he was doing and the man who answered was extremely nice, patient, and transparent, which I wholeheartedly appreciated. They also give daily email updates and super cute pictures like the one with my review. ?When I picked Max up, the lady at the front desk talked about how much she loved him and how wonderful he was. I could tell she really meant it and cared about my baby. Right before we left, he spotted this particular lady and ran over to her to give her some love before we left! That told me everything I needed to know about how they treated him during his stay.

We regularly get our dog groomed here and are always extremely pleased with the results! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

My dog loves this place. He normally tries to chew off his leash when he’s left anywhere, even with family members he likes. The last time I left him for a long time, he was excited to see me, but he turned around to greet two workers, as to say, “goodbye!” He’ll definitely go back. They should explain your bill more in person but my bill still matched my services. They can fix that. Otherwise I recommend! them for boarding and grooming!

Drop my cocker spaniel off this morning when they were done her ears was bleeding where they pulled on her hair so I have another problem that I might have to go to the vet for and they raised the price up. They did not say anything to me when I dropped her off this morning until I got there, to pick her up, then they said oh yeah, we we raised the price, who does that, guess what you lost my business I will go somewhere else

Don't get grooming on a Saturday. We have been going here for years with good service but when we took our dog for a Saturday groom, first they brought out the wrong dog to us then when we got her home she had shaver burns all over her belly and bruises the size of fingers in several locations. We call to let them know and they just said she was that way when they got her.

I usually try to have someone stay at my house with my pets when I go out of town. However, sometimes it's just not possible. That's when I found CCK! My dog Bambi has stayed with them twice. She has come home happy both times, and well taken care of. I like that they do not do group play as my dog does not get along with other dogs. It is a beautiul and clean facility! Also, they even let me tour before my first time there to make sure I was comfortable with everything. They send photos of my baby girl which is a nice gesture that makes this fur-mama feel at ease. I am so excited to find a boarder that I trust! I will continue to use them in the future and would refer friends and family there as well.

my mom & I used this business to board and groom our dogs for several years but will never go back. They called to confirm a grooming appointment for this morning for my moms 17.5 year old Maltese and remind us to bring the vet waiver for kennel cough vacc. When we brought her in they refused to groom her saying they will no longer groom old dogs that have a vet waiver for vaccinations (she has rabies &bordatella vaccine) Also at a previous grooming appointment they cut her ear and still charged for the visit and the meds that she needed because of the injury they caused! I had decided previously I would no longer board there because they didn’t follow feeding and medicine instructions even tho they charge extra to give meds

This place is not the place for people who love their pups. I recommend Cedar Hill Doggy Staycare instead! There are only two women and it is very hands on and when it comes to boarding they constantly check the dogs and they’re not left for 14 hours overnight like they are at this place. Just saying if you would like someone taking good care of your pup/pups and people who are actually friendly I could not recommend this place less.

If you have a golden doodle I strongly suggest not taking them here. They don't seem to have a clue how to groom them outside of just buzzing them down and then charging you extra to do so. Shaving them is not grooming. Also wanted to drop that 2 star to a 1 star considering their rude response full of lies that I have proof of!! Another update the owner cussed out my wife and pulled a gun on me.lies upon lies upon lies.this guy is a real piece of garbage.please tell me this is the false statement you gave police too.lies upon lies upon lies. This guy is a real piece of garbage. Please tell me this is the false report you gave the police as well.

I missed my grooming appointment because i never got a reminder and when i called the receptionist, she didn’t even apologize and seemed to not care when i said I wasn’t happy and wouldn’t reschedule for that reason..
