On my way home today, I stopped for gas. After I had finished pumping, I was approached by a guy saying that I had to come inside to pay. I told him I had already paid with a card, but he kept saying “no pump open.” So I had to get my young kids out of the truck as he stared us down.He walked us to the counter asking for payment. I asked his counterpart to check the pump again. Magically, they could then see where I had paid.I realize we all make mistakes, but I didn’t even get an apology. I just don’t see how this is acceptable to treat customers.

Place is a scam, they put one price on the sign to make it look cheaper than the 2 other stations across the street. The pump is actually between 8 to 10 cents more than what the side says. Do not use this station they are a rip off. Poor excuse for a way to run a business.

The circle K in symrna is awsome. I left my wallet there after a long road trip and i returned the next day to pick it up and nothing was missing. There are still some good folks in this world

Pulled in after Google advertised $3.16 a gallon for regular AND the street sign showing prices. Then after getting out at the pump it said $3.55 a gallon. Went inside to see what was wrong and the clerk said he “wasn’t aware” and their “computer was probably messed.” So after informing him that it was fraudulent he simply shrugged his arms and ignored me.

Card readers at the pumps don't work right and apparently they don't work right inside either. They won't answer the phone at all.

Pretty kool store for a semi, tried the chicken sandwhiches cuz us truckers dont fit in any parking lots, they reminded me of school lunches lol

Went in to get breakfast but had to pee first. The stench from the men's room hit me as soon as the door was opened. It was absolutely nasty. The hot food aisle backs up to the bathrooms so it completely ruined my appetite, so I left. Horrible.

I am never going to shop at this store again. Today, July 9th, at 5pm, while standing in line, the guy at the register was horribly rude to a woman and her son. He berated her loudly that she should be ashamed! she had turned to her teenage son and asked to borrow 50 cents after the tab came to 10.50 that she only brought a 10 with her. . Then he went on and on how the kid had bought his own pizza also, that she should have bought it for the kid. He also told her that he could not believe that she was not being a good mother. I was shocked , this young woman and her son, to their credit, only paid and walked out. He should be fired!

Stopped by to get a beer after work.I always get gas in this store but never buy beer until today. I was about pay and showed my consulate ID and they said US id only. What if someone is traveling from another country and doesn’t have a US ID They will just tell ‘em NO.I will not buy here again. I’ll tell all my construction friends that buy gas here. Yo go across the street. Mapco and she’ll they more friendly.

The cashier didn’t want to sell my husband beer even tho he had a valid ID. I went inside & he didn’t want to sell me one either. I have a Tennessee drivers license. We’re both 29. I think he was being racist because we are Hispanic. Do better Circle K. I know we’re not the only ones it’s happed to. I’ll be reaching someone higher up.

Horrible experience staff is not trained to load the Ez pay cards so don't waste your time trying to save 10 cents a gallon to me sounds like false advertisement.... I've came through here twice traveling and both times within a week I was told by the cashier he was never trained to load the cards

Why are ppl being told it's the law to scan id for tobacco and beer when it isn't a law?Checking it yes scanning , I looked and found nothing.Why are only American id accepted but a passport is ok yet can not be scanned?Biggest question, how come your employees and managers are not on the same page at every store?1 day certain things are acceptable the next it isn't and that gets frustrating.Please pick a rule and regulation and stick with it
