Buyer Beware! Worst experience I’ve had ever trying to buy something. This place is run by the worst customer oriented people I’ve seen. Been waiting a month for a $4000 order that was lied about from day one. Ordered 3 items that 2 was confirmed to be be in stock before placing order. Paid $760 shipping and ended up having to drive 306 miles to pickup the only item of the 3 I received. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Was in there for over 30 minutes no one acknowledged me and only one person spoke to me but he didn't offer to help. I guess the money I was gonna spend wasn't good enough for the arrogant self acting bunch. Bright side is I've been ignored in better places than this joint.

I have never had such great experience in ordering parts / chrome for any one of our trucks,Ben has been outstanding in helping me get the parts we needed and was cheaper in most cases than other sites I looked on and if he did not have it he found it for me saved time and money from having to order from a dozen other sites.I highly recommend you give them a chance to chrome your truck. Thank you Ben for such great service we will be ordering from Chrome Country again
