“Washtopia in Smyrna is hands down the best car wash I’ve found for accommodating large vehicles. It handles even the biggest trucks and SUVs with ease, which is a huge plus when you drive something oversized. The entire facility is clean, well-organized, and set up to make the process as straightforward as possible.
The powerful vacuums are a nice touch, making quick work of cleaning the interior, and they also provide microfiber cloths and window cleaner for customers to use, which adds a level of convenience you don’t always find elsewhere. The staff is consistently helpful and attentive, always ready to assist if needed, but they also give you space to get the job done.
For anyone looking for a car wash that goes above and beyond, especially with larger vehicles, Washtopia is a top choice. The combination of quality service, convenience, and attention to detail keeps me coming back.”

“I like this car wash- it does a great job getting my car clean. What I hate, is them asking if I want to tip!! For what?? I’m quite capable of using my card on my own and selecting the wash I want!! I avoid going there because of this!”

“The machine would not take my card and it ate a dollar of mine. The guy working there walked up and asked what was wrong. He ended up giving me 2 free car washes and a vacuum, and he gave me my dollar back. On top of that, it's a touchless wash that does not scratch my paint. I'll be a regular there from now on.”

“Our Jeep Grand Cherokee had been towed behind our motorhome for 1400 miles and through 3 rain storms. Needless to say, it was brown and not red. They did a great job with the vac and prewash, the machine got the rest. Then the 6 drying folks descended on it to wipe it down inside & out and put on a tire dressing. It looked like a new car when they were done. I'd use them again for sure.”

“I like the wash and location of it. But wondering why I have to sit in line for 10 minutes while someone signs up for a wash when theres a second drive through option available, yet blocked off. Need that VIP lane open for those of us with subscriptions already. Just a thought”

“They locked my keys in the car while it was going thru the wash... they wouldn't answer my question on how that happened just basically ignored me after I told them I didn't have a spare key on me. But they were able to get in with an air bag. And my car looked pretty good. Definitely missed some spots on wiping the interior but overall good deal for the price”
