“I went this morning to open a bank account, and it was one of the easiest processes!! I walked in and was greeted within seconds, got offered candy while I waited. The wonderful lady who opened my bank account was super understanding and made the process so much better. I’m so glad I switched over!!”
“I went in to the bank today to get a new card (after mine was hacked).
After meeting with Erica Shaw, everything was taken care of.
But upon our initial interactions, she had asked how I was doing. This question led to me telling her that it had been a rough week prior, due to my son being very very sick.
As she went to get my new card, she said she had something else for me.
It was a pinnacle blanket. A very soft blanket at that. She said to give it to my son. As a gift and a get well present to my little one.
This small gesture of kindness was greatly appreciated. He is currently wrapped up in that blanket snug as a bug in a rug.
The kindness that is exuded from this branch of pinnacle is above top tier. The people there truly care about the people who hold accounts with the company.
I’ll end this with saying, thank you Erica. My son is beyond thrilled with his new “softest” blanket.”

“I have no idea why this location has bad reviews. But let me just say today Jarmon really helped save my livelihood. I was about to get my car repossessed and have my insurance and phones cut off because of a check that the Lowry st location did not want to take the hold off of even after they got the verification. I had been frantically trying to figure out how to resolve the issue since 9 AM. I came into this location explained the situation of my little 1,000 check and in less than 15 mins he resolved my issue. This is not the first time this branch has made my day. Everyone here goes above and beyond and I am grateful and very blessed for their assistance!!”

I medically can't wear one so I held my jacket over my nose and mouth.....this was a no go and I was told to go through the drive thru even though I was withdrawing a big sum of cash from 2 accounts. One I did not know my account number. Lady that helped me in the drive thru made everything I needed to happen happen.”
“I don't normally leave reviews, but I figured this place could use a good one. I was having a really bad day and had to come by and cash a check issued by US Bank. I don't have an account with them, and initially, I was turned away and told to try an advance cash service. However, as I was sitting in my car out front wondering what to do, Michael, bless him, had personally walked out to my car and offered to help me. I was successfully able to cash my check today thanks to this man, so shout out to him for the top notch customer care! Not sure I will ever come back, but my experience was not a bad one thanks to this caring employee.”
