Terrible that if you have a passport with a valid extension, you can travel internationally, but you cannot open an account in that bank. It is an absurd policy

I have literally been trying to call this bank for 2 months and no one has EVER answered the phone. I have also tried scheduling an appointment online for 2 months and there has never been ANY single day that's available, not even months down the road. Are they even open?? I've walked in twice and find employees just standing behind the counter chatting, no other customers, and no acknowledgement of me. Horrible. I would NEVER have an account here.

I was next inline to cash my check and they pulled the only teller and told me I had to wait. Joke of a bank. It's not my fault you only got one teller. Do not go here.

If I could I'd give it zero stars. I had an issue that the teller could have easily fixed and instead was told wrong information because he didn't want to take the time to help. This was after waiting a good almost 30 minutes in line. Ridiculous
