Also they understand not everyone has the funds necessary for vehicle work just sitting around and they will help you with finding a solution, as far as spacing what can be completed at a later time and doing what is necessary for your vehicle to run good at that moment. Mrs. Selena at the front desk is very friendly and accommodating and the service manager and owner, Peyman, is very knowledgeable and experienced in vehicle repair and maintenance. They went above and beyond by ensuring that I understood what issues my car had and how they were going to fix it. Their honesty and integrity was extremely refreshing. I had lost hope for my car since other shops had mislead me in the past but after visiting Zagro’s, my car is finally running at it’s very best and I am safely driving on the road again. “I found Wade about a year ago after a franchise “repair” facility quoted me over $2,000 to stop a power steering fluid leak caused by my rack and pinion. I wanted a second opinion and fortunately I found Wade.I waited in a clean customer lounge area while Wade’s technician inspected my Highlander. Wade came to me and asked that I follow him. He showed me why I was losing power steering fluid.It wasn’t my rack and pinion. The leak was caused by a bad fluid line.Wade and his staff are nothing but knowledgeable, caring and honest. “I've taken my cars to different places to get the oil changed. Sometimes I pay a lot. But here recently I learned that those other places just don't do anything any better than the great people at Walmart. So for the price I get a much better value for my hard-earned money at this Walmart. I used to pay more at those other places because I thought they had a guarantee. Well one of those places almost blew up my engine one time because they didn't put the oil in and when I went to tell him that they messed up my car the manager told me that they have lawyers ready for people like me and I wouldn't stand a chance of getting my car fixed anytime soon and I'd probably run out of money before they got done. So after that happened, I went back over there to talk to him again and he was gone! Corporate had moved him away to another place.So now I'm just going to go to Walmart. I'm going to check my dipstick and my oil filter is on good. That's it. It's as simple as that. I'm going to give my support to people who do better and help more. If you are going shopping, you might as well get your oil changed, too.”
