Scotty was very explanatory, of the details that would have to be performed. He has a friendly personality, and he was when I brought another vehicle several years ago. Shannon kept me with ease on how to make my payment, and Scotty took care of my rental return. I am so happy I went back to Gerber Collision in Smyna.

“When my car broke down, I was very unsure as to where to take it. I previously had been here for a minor painting job and knew they did service as well. I had my car towed here in the evening, and it was ready to go the next afternoon. Their pricing was fair and fell within the range google suggested repair of that nature would cost. I’ll definitely continue to come here for all service needs moving forward! No hassle, no pushy sales, just straight forward repairs.”
“My truck blew a radiator hose and I was stranded two hours from home. The staff at this O'Reilly's got me one in a couple of hours and delivered it to me where I was broke down. Without their great customer service this situation would have been much worse for me. On a side note other part stores in the area refused to deliver the hose to me even though they had it in stock. I will be ever grateful to the staff that helped me out. Thank you”
