“I am a tenant and I've been here 3 years. It was hard to get in but I did. And let me tell you it was worth the wait. There is a reason randoms can't just get in here. Everyone has to have a background and a credit check. And you have to make a certain amount to even get an application. They are a good community for a reason. Rent is absolutely reasonable...the complex is absolutely respectful, quiet, clean and neighbor friendly. I'm not moving until I'm ready to buy a house which they also help you with. I WILL NOT be going anywhere for awhile. Oh and office mgmt is exceptionally reliable and quick with our responses. I'm sooo glad they are strict about who they let in. If any and everyone lived here the community wouldn't be the way it is now. Good luck”

“I recently toured this property and had such a great experience from start to finish. Juanita the new PM, and i was lucky enough to meet the region Managers they were extremely friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome right away. They were happy to answer all my questions and took the time to walk me through everything. The property itself was very clean, well-kept, and had a peaceful, inviting atmosphere. You can tell that the management really cares about maintaining a high standard. I left feeling very impressed and comfortable—definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had while visiting a property. Highly recommend!”
