Incredible customer service from Chris V, Chris A, and Margaret. It is truly a neighborhood store with great service. And we love that they are open until 7:00pm. Thanks for helping us make a great purchase of a leaf blower and a weed whacker.

I just got home from Elders Ace hardware in Smyrna and I can't say enough wonderful things about them! My granddaughter's 3rd birthday party is at our house tomorrow and I suddenly had a huge plumbing issue! In a panic I went to Ace and explained my disaster and the manager, Chris Atkinson, Mike and Isaac worked with me until they figured out a solution to my problem! I can't thank them enough for the incredible customer service I received! They saved the day! I highly recommend them and if you haven't visited them yet their fall plants and decor are beautiful and I have never seen a hardware store with a home and gift department quit like theirs! Thank you guys so much!!

I love Elders. I do. Every time I step foot in this Ace, time gas turned back 30 years when you walk into a hardware store and everyone is smiling, within 10 seconds someone will ask you how they can help, there is even a nice ladies section. This is better than any big box hardware store. Do not pass this up, they are just wonderful!

I walked into the store last week and was greeted by Chris V after thinking I wouldn't need help I entered the gift shop area where Mandi was so helpful and guided me to the new seasonal floral items that I was looking for! I can not appreciate enough how helpful she was with helping me find some new items for my house as well as some amazing dips!

Needed something to keep squirrels out of my garden. Lowe's didn't have what I needed but found what I needed at Elder's. Crossing my fingers this stuff works!

I bought a grill @ Elders Smyrna, and they were so nice and helpful. I went to another ACE before the Elder's Smyrna and walked out after being totally ignored. They delivered the grill within 90 minutes and absolutely refused a small tip for their time and said just come back, we get paid for this. My go to store, even tho a bit farther. ?

I love Ace Hardware. If the big box stores have never heard of what you are looking for, Ace staff will walk you to the exact item you are looking for. We just bought a house and needed a screen door repair kit. No help at the big box store.
Ace not only showed us exactly what we needed to do it ourselves, but they also hooked us up with their resident screen repair expert. For $60, I will have a professional repair that will look 100 times better than anything I could do, no matter how many YouTube videos I watch. I can't say enough but how valuable a local hardware store staffed with true experts is for a community.

Thanks so much to Chris Atkinson for working with members of the Senior Activity Center of Smyrna to donate items for our Auction that is held in conjunction with our Spaghetti and Wine Dinner Fundraiser. The garden items will be used in a wagon made by one of our members. We are so grateful for the support we receive from the community.
