The store was messy today and somewhat busy. I bought some patio cushions but was charged $10 higher per cushion than the tag said. I was also charged $20 higher for side tables than the tag said. Unfortunately even though I questioned the amount the cashier totaled it out. So I went to customer service no one was there but I waited. When the lady got there she said she would have to go check. Then she started helping people in line behind me. I was looking for any one else that could help me and told her I felt it was rude to help people who came in after me before me as I had waited the longest. She replied you did not wait long. ?? After a while I asked if there was a manager she said she was the manager. I was not impressed that the prices were marked wrong and it wasted my time only to be treated rude by the supposed manager. I returned my entire purchase and will not shop there unless it is my choice to waste time and be treated badly. I do not recommend this store any more.

Hello, I am writing to let you know about my experience last night at Store 4414, April 8 in Smithville, Tn. After preparing for a fishing tournament that day I returned home, about 25 minutes from this store, and realized my boats battery charger had died. I arrived at the store around 8:12 pm and went to the automotive department where the battery chargers were locked up and there wasn't an employee in sight or anywhere in between the rear and the front of the store. I went back to the front of the store and asked for someone to unlock the cabinet. This was just after 8:15 and the store is closing at 8:30. The cashier called the MOD on the radio and she said we are closing soon, sorry I'm not walking back there. I stood in total disbelief and asked if she was serious? The young man said, "yes, we are closing soon" and I replied, "but you aren't closed yet". I couldn't believe it, either they are open or they aren't and I needed a charger that was around $100 and the "manager" was too lazy to walk to the back of the store. I went elsewhere today after missing the morning start of my tournament to purchase what I needed. I passed this along to corporate in the event anyone in this company cares....

It's way to small and at night there are no workers. During the day you cant get no help in paint or fabric. The shelfs are most always out of food. They don't re-stock daliy. And the management is pure crap.

I give this this Walmart one star as it doesn't allow me to give it a 0. No one in this store can answer a question when asked. It is supposed to be a "24 store". That is as long as you get there before 10:00 pm. Some people do not work 8-5 but everyone working 2nd shift are now delegated to using the self check lanes for their weekly grocery shopping because it is "not cost effective " to have an actual cashier working. No problem. Let me work / drive 14 hours a day and check out my own groceries - I would hate to have someone actually have to perform their job duties after I do my own. Then I attempt to order a Birthday cake from the bakery and am told "we no longer bake / decorate cakes here. Really why have a bakery if you can't do what the customers request??? I am sorry but this Walmart is a joke. I will not be shopping at this location anymore. If I am going to have to spend my weekend shopping on banker hours, I will do it with a different company

This is mainly for their Site to Store service. So, I ordered Fallout 4, for the XB1, right? It said it would be available four hours later, at 7:34pm. Well, 7:30 rolls around, and it ended up being delayed until 9:34. I go there at 9:30, screenshot of my "recipt" in hand, on my phone, with the price I paid, and everything clearly visible. Everything was fine, until I showed them the e-mail, to which the woman began to stutter, and called the asst. Manager over. The asst. Told me that it showed the order was still processing (this happened yesterday, btw, and it's still CURRENTLY processing), and that the ONLY PERSON who knows how to do it, left at 9pm. He suggested that I should cancel the order, so he could bring a copy from the back, and I could pay for it there. They then immediately told me "bye," after I refused to buy another copy, stating that I've already used my extra cash getting the FIRST ONE, and walked off. They clearly had no clue wtf they could even tell me, and were rude every step of the way. On to other things, their fruit is usually rotten, and they don't check to see if they're still good, or not. Some rice we bought from there one time, had gone bad on the shelf, and had made me sick. I had to leave work, the next day. Their clothing selection is overpriced, and small, they struggle when it comes to price matching, they barely have self-checkouts open, and some of the day shift cashiers are extremely slow. Overall, avoid this place. Go to McMinnville's Walmart, Cookeville's Walmart, anywhere else. Today, I went to the website, and it says the game is no longer available at my store, for pickup, yet, the case is full of the game, and my status still says "processing."

They apparently refuse to sell prepaid cell phone or anything cased electronic purchases after the associate of that area has left for the day! Me and my husband are on a 3rd shift schedule so it was about 2 in the morning when I was looking to get my phone. I was told I wasn't allowed to buy it. I had to drive to another Wal-Mart 30 miles away just to get a cell phone! It's ridiculous to refuse a sell and considering it wasn't posted, I highly detest the looks I got when I asked for one. I have since quit buying from here unless necessary. I would rather spend more money by going somewhere else than to go to this Wal-Mart. The management team has become a joke. It use to be a wonderful store.

I avoid most Wal*Marts at any cost, but I actually enjoy going to this one for some reason. It could be that the Smithville entertainment is lacking, but I honestly think it's more about the spirit of this place. You can tell it's all hometown people, with a hometown mentality, wanting you to feel at home. Everyone is more than helpful. In fact, one staffer volunteered to walk me to the opposite end of the store, just to show me where the matches were! The selection is great. The location is great. But go for the people. It's worth it!
