If I could give zero stars I would! We were lied to and told the phone could be paid off in three months. Which it can be you just loss your trade in value of $800. I have always been able to let the payment be taken out for three months and then pay it off with no penalty!

One of the best experiences with a Verizon store that I’ve ever had. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful and I was able to get all of my questions answered and more. I definitely recommend this store.

The store in smithville always has smiling faces and greets you when you walk in unlike some of the other stores. They are wonderful to deal with!

Young woman spent more time learning how to put her eye makeup on then she did learning about the products that she was selling she completely screwed my phone up and I had to take it to Woodbury to get it fixed and that young lady did a fine job

Went into Russell Cellular on October 3, 2021 to discuss a new phone. We agreed on the model phone and according to the manager, the new phones would arrive in about 2 week's which would be approximately 10/17. The manager told me she would give a courtesy call when the phone arrives. I did not recieve a call and patiently waited and visited the store on 10/23. I was told the phone had not arrived and she would make some calls to locate the phone and call me back. Again... no call... sooooo, again, I waited and visited the store again on 10/28... still no phone. She made a call and told me then the phone was on back order... So, I told her to cancel the order all together and I would find me a phone elsewhere. I feel I have been very patient and gave the manager every chance but it seems my business was not good enough to make the call when she said she would so, I'll take my business elsewhere. If you're looking for good customer support... Russell Cellular doesn't appear to be a good choice!! Good luck!!!

This is by far the best verizon I have been to in a long time. I was literally in and out with a new phone and plan within 20 minutes. The girls name was Jennifer C.Thanks Jennifer!!! You were amazing!
