We have used this storage for 10 years. It was good for a long time, but in the last year things have really gone downhill. I have called three times over the last year because lights are out in our climate controlled unit. Every time they say they will fix them or a ticket was put in, and still no lights. Very disappointing.

Complete shambles, never can get in touch with them. 'Accidentally' debit amounts from your cc without telling you. Awful people.
