I have been with Regions in Smithville for 16 years, I’ve had a couple of issues arise, but Bobby Hale and Victoria, took their time, researching, and helped me to resolve these issues. I have great respect for these people.

Been doing banking with Regions for yrs now and I've never had a problem with them. If I've had a problem they've gone outta their way to help me resolve my issue.

The tellers and bankers are all very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Wait times are very minimal if any wait time at all. I highly recommend this bank.
