Absolutely, LOVE these people!! From checking in, to checking out, the visit was professional, courteous and friendly!! Our (new to us) King David required updated shots, matted hair and nail trimming and they kept him so relaxed during the whole process. I think I was more nervous than he was!! :D

If I could give negative 1000000 stars I would. Worst place to take your pet and they'll let anyone come in and have your best friend put to sleep without your consent! Then argue with you about trying to cremate your precious furry best friend. Never take your animals here if you want to see them alive
ETA I was the rightful owner! The owner record was set up 15 years ago! Do you know what happened 15 years ago? I didn't think so. I was a minor and wasn't allowed to be the so called owner because I wasn't an adult is more than likely what happened. But my baby was every bit my DOG! And to argue with me over the phone after I just made the hard phone call to set up the cremation was the icing on the cake! I do not need this grief that never should have happened in the first place! DESPICABLE

My bunker of 15 years is not feeling well and not too happy might I say but he's still hanging in there with a good attitude. DAC folks have always been nice to me and Bunker and really helpful.

I put a much loved pet down at this clinic after a bad experience at another local Vet with another animal I had to euthanize.
These folks were so compassionate, and they didn't even kno me or my dog. I wasn't made to feel bad for not wanting to prolong the inevitable by costly testing and drugs that only brought more heartache. I've euthanized several over the years (I'm old)
Although euthanasia is never pleasant, these ladies felt my pain and sorrow and were KIND ?
I take my new pup there now as well. Thanks, Dekalb Animal clinic. We ❤️ u

Having to put a pet down is one of the hardest things to do in life. And, not every clinic does this well. DAC helped us through this process with our beloved 12-yr-old companion so beautifully. Everyone was exceedingly kind and understanding. This was our first experience here and we weren't treated any less special. Today was heartbreaking but they did show such compassion and kindness to us and to our dog.

The best care for my pup, she doesn't like going to the vet, but at Dekalb they treat her great, and she has no problems. I really appreciate the care they take with her.

I've been a client here since Oct 6, 2006 and although there was a period of time I lived quite a distance away, I still kept the most prescious individuals of my life under the care of all veterinarians and office staff here. Absolutely no complaints!!!

Took my Dog(Coco) and Cat(Skittles) today for their annual checkups and want to give a big shoutout to Dr. Dempsey and the rest of the staff. Both pets were treated in a gentle caring way. I highly recommend Dekalb Clinic
