Spent $603 on freezer cause mine stopped working.new one didn't get cold and about 1800 dollars of food spoiled regardless of me buying the new freezer.They wouldn't replace it.They said I tore the freezer up.

Bought a new washer and it tore up in less than a week. Cantrell's brought me another one out and it tore up in the first 2 days. I was given a refund but charged a restocking fee for their trouble. This is TERRIBLE customer service. I did not change my mind and not want a washer, it simply did not work, either time. Don't worry about me ever shopping here again!

I needed more furniture for my new home in Smithville. I visited Cantrell Furniture on multiple occasions. I purchased a table and chairs, mattress and box springs, porch swing and rockers, comfortable arm chairs, and a bed side table. The quality is very high for the price and I am very happy with everything. They delivered and set it up where I wanted. The service was exceptional and I will shop here again!
