Mike and the crew are the greatest!! We were traveling through on a bus with 29 young adults and a convoy of about five vehicles headed to a youth conference when our bus decided to overheat. We limped off the interstate to find this shop that we knew nothing about to ask for help. Little did we know that we had stumbled upon a golden nugget and our answer to a roadside prayer. Mike and his crew went above and beyond trying to get us back on the road but unfortunately we needed a part that was going to take time to find and ultimately a few days to receive. Having to leave the bus behind Mike was in constant communication with us about the repair. The parts were installed and we were able to finish our week long trip with a bus that ran better than before. Thanks Mike and crew for taking care of us and showing our kids what excellent customer service looks like.

Very nice owner and mechanic. Owner was short handed the few days he was working on repairing my car. He still got it fixed in a MORE than reasonable time frame. When it was completed, he personally came and picked me up and brought me to my repaired car. Not too expensive for all the work I had done, and worked with me on payment. Thank you, Mike Randolph! What a wonderful business owner you are!

Amazing and kind mechanic! My wife was driving from Kentucky to South Carolina when her car stalled on the I40. I searched for the nearest mechanic and Randilph was it. She limpped the car there and they stopped what they were doing to check her car. Turned out she could safely drive home and they didn't charge her a penny for the time. All I can say is thank you for taking care of my wife!

Always one of the best places, locally and abroad to get work done. The mechanics are some of the most knowledgeable around. Also they have a state-of-the-art diagnostic testing system for semi trucks and smaller vehicles. Incredible!!

Had a problem with my car on the way home from Nashville. Car couldn’t go over 5 MPH. Stop by the shop and had a very good interaction with the owner! He helped me get my car fixed so I could make the drive back to my house over 2 hours away. He helped me so much and when I tried to give him some money for his time he said “pass it on” I will always suggest him to anyone in the area.
