On multiple occasions my family and I haven’t gotten our mail, yesterday they “attempted” to deliver a package but said the driveway was blocked. When in fact my mom pulled in my driveway about 10 mins before the mail was delivered. She said that they didn’t even try to get in the driveway.

The signal mountain post office has ruined my college. my mom went to send a very important document I needed to be delivered to me as soon as possible for my residency since i’m studying abroad. The lady at the desk convinced my mom to send the document through certified mail. It was only after the fact that my mom realized certified mail is only for domestic shipping when she specifically told the lady it was international shipping and needed to arrive as soon as possible. She said they helped her place a formal request to have it returned a few days later. Almost 2.5 weeks later the mail is still stuck in New York. My mom went to talk to them again and ask where the mail was, they lied and told her it was sent to the wrong address on Signal and it will arrive that afternoon, that was a week ago and still nothing. This is screwing me over. I have to apply for residency now or else I have to drop out of school and break my apartment lease and come back home. After already working so hard to complete the semester I am destroyed by this because I will have to start all over again next year if they continue to not resolve this issue that will cost me thousands.

I am a small business owner and ship packages everyday. I had an issue with a suspicious customer who kept claiming her packages were not getting delivered. I called the signal mountain post office and spoke to Angela. She was SO KIND, and so helpful. These postal workers are so busy, work so hard and deal with so much. It was so refreshing to speak to a true professional. Angela helped me track the package and figure out the issue. I am so grateful for USPS and their tremendous service. Thank you!

Our post woman is very friendly. She has made a few errors in the past but nothing that couldn’t be fixed ie wrong house mail delivered, missed packages etc. She even broke the lid on our mailbox and bent the post the box was sitting on by cramming a package into it using too much force. We looked over them. However when I made a call this week stating that a package was missing and marked as delivered, I called and explained this has been happening way too often. Very first world problem but things can be expensive and I expect them delivered correctly. I was verbally upset but got my point across. No apologies or anything from whom I was speaking with. She asked the questions if my mailbox has numbers etc. I get protocol. But the accountability at this post office is terrible. I try to make sure packages are sent using another service if possible.

Went to this post office for renewal of my son’s passport.. Steve was extremely helpful, accommodating (was late to my appointment because of a confusion) and professional. He knew all the process and was very patient in answering all our questions. Would definitely recommend him!

Drove 111 miles from Atlanta to go to this particular post office for a passport. The service was unbelievable. Hsieh was incredible and got my passport appointment. Completed in about 10 minutes early and ready to go. Thank you for great customer service Hsieh.

Wouldn't deliver my package because the mailbox was full?I don't understand what that has to do with a package that's too big for the mail box?If I could image this is just pure lazyness probably because it was a Friday.They can drive into my driveway like they do all the time and walk 2 steps to the garage where they drop all the othere packages.

They are the laziest and most ingorant and stupidest people I have ever dealt with and will drive down the MTN , not to deal with such people. Everyone should be fired at the Signal MTN post office,37377.

Absolutely slowest post office in the region. You're better off driving into town than use this office. They will hold onto packages and mail for days before finally shipping it. Even when they do finally ship stuff it is only to the distribution center in Chattanooga. Might as well remove the middle man, and do it yourself. Heck! While you're on your way to the distribution center stop by the UPS store in the Food City parking lot, and send your stuff through them. It will save you all the hassle.

Mail person keeps scanning packages as delivered when I have video of them not even stopping at my house. Yesterday they scanned 2 packages and lied that they put them on my porch.

The carrier on this rout is consistently a poor performer. I think utterly lazy is the best description for this persons work ethic. I have a covered front porch and almost always have packages left out in the rain. Most of the time the door of my mailbox is not even closed back after mail is left and is is wet too. This is pathetic the post master needs to step up their game and evaluate their employees.
