Excellent customer service, really easy to make an appointment and they have an online portal for communications as well as all of the information to get uploaded. They also do happy vet visits, which is really helpful if your dog is not a fan of the vet.

Dr. Van Horn and team are absolute angels. They gave me the news no one wants to hear about their fur baby but did so with pure kindness and grace. Very appreciative for their medical expertise and their hearts.

Recently we had to take our dog in to be put to rest. Lena and her staff were suburb and showed a great deal of care to our dog in his last moments Plus they showed a great deal of care to my wife and I as we grieved the loss of our wonderful dog of 16 years….thank you Lena and the SM Vet staff.

I can’t say enough good things about the Signal Mountain Veterinary Clinic. I am so thankful for the compassion and empathy they’ve shown. They were so wonderful and kind during the visits I had with Peeper and were so respectful and supportive when she passed. I’ve never had a veterinarian office be this helpful and supportive. We very much appreciate SMVC!!! Our 18 year old feline has been dealing with Hyperthyroidism for 4-5 years. Recently, all of a sudden, his symptoms got much worse. He was losing weight (not that he has much to lose) and his hair was falling out. He was taking his maximum dose of medication orally without much affectivness. SMVC suggested a cream that is applied to the bare skin of his ear vs a pill. It made a huge difference and while he's still super skinny, he gained a lb or so. Thank you!

Love this place! Been taking my kitties here for about 3 years and all of the staff are knowing and accomodating. The vet is always above and beyond as far as service and advice, and my kitties are always so comfy with them. Would recommend!
