“I regularly ship out items I sell online and this post office is always super quick. In and out in 2 minutes. Workers are always friendly and know exactly what’s going on. Even my mail lady is awesome. Never throws my stuff around and always is pleasant. If you need to mail out something, this is the place to do it and worth the drive. Don’t waste your time with the ones in Chattanooga.”
“My interactions couldn't have been better. Had a delivery issue and they solved it while being extremely nice.
I will say answering the phone more often would be a plus but in my experience this is pretty typical for the local post office.”
“Oopsie! The postman forgot to shut and lock the mailboxes after he/ she delivered everyone's mail today. It won't even shut without the key. Today is Saturday, so it's going to be like this until Monday. :( I noticed it was left open and immediately got my mail, Thank Goodness, bc I had a check come today! I hope nobody gets anyone else's mail!USPS- I Appreciate and Love you guys to death, but Please slow down so you don't make anymore mistakes like this.”
“I love this post office. The employees are always very polite and welcoming. It's my favorite post office. They hold my packages due to high package theft in my area, they've never seemed upset when I have had multiple packages to pick up, and it's overall a great USPS location.”
“Last Friday I had a package get marked as delivered through tracking, but I had not received it. I spoke to Jesse at the Red Bank Post Office and he was extremely friendly and told me he would look into it.The following day (Saturday) I received a follow up call from him letting me know they had found the package and that it was just delivered to my box. Sure enough, it was there as soon as I got home and checked.Customer service doesn't get any better than that.I'd also like to add that every time I visit the post office here, I have a great experience. I'm always happy to see Kim, super nice guys and he's been really helpful and knowledgeable anytime I've had questions over the years. Same goes for everyone else I've worked with at the main desk, though I can't recall specific names.We have a great community here in Red Bank, and we're lucky to have a great local Postal branch.”
“Nice post office lady caught the wrong zipcode on the address I'd been given to send all important identification mail to, reason why i hadn't received social security card & other identification papers yet..... Post office lady (Stephanie) deserves a big bonus & huge raise.”

I called the signal mountain post office and spoke to Angela. She was SO KIND, and so helpful. These postal workers are so busy, work so hard and deal with so much.
