“Malissa was great. She immediately welcomed me to the store and patiently answered all of my questions. She is very knowledgeable about the merchandise! The only negative is the lighting in the store. About 75% of the lights did not work!”
“The staff were extremely friendly and informative on the entire piercing process. The environment is light and cleanly and has a professional yet hospitable atmosphere. The jewelry is gorgeous and there is a wide variety to choose from. The only factor that concerned me was the price point of the jewelry. The jewelry is beautiful and are good quality but there are no plated options for the jewelry which make them extremely expensive. They do have stainless steel alternatives but the options are limited and are really basic. I had an overall great experience but be prepared to spend a pretty penny on the jewelry.”
